| LOVE HER LOVE HER LOVE HER! I cant explain it. If I tried, I'd fail. But Koel Puri (from couch with Koel )somewhat sums up how i perceive her to be). Koel usually blogs about all her guests. And she isnt afraid of being brutally honest about how her experience went with them. In the past, she clearly shred a celeb apart by calling him an obnoxious diva, lol. So here's her sum up of Bebo. She had hte same perceptions most people have about her. Koel's Blog "So when I heard that the little Miss K is moody, prone to cancelling at the last minute, can be catty and will give me a real hard time, it went in from one ear and came out of the other. In the film industry who isn't all of the above? I've been guilty of it all in my time. Of course, that doesn't mean we can't turn on the charm when we want to - we're not actors for nothing. To be fair in my 2 years on the couch only two people (both male) have behaved like obnoxious divas (but this is neither the place nor time for that) and I dealt with them accordingly... Each word had been thought about and the offence-factor been debated a hundred times before it was allowed to leave my mouth - a totally novel concept for someone who's thoughts have to chase her words. Luckily that lasted about 5 minutes into my conversation with the rosy Kapoor. She made me so comfortable and easy that I felt I could ask her anything and I did. She's so clear on who she is and how she wants the world to see her. It's like she has nothing to hide or is hiding it so well that it's irrelevant to the outside world. It's hard not to like her - she's transformed into this calm yogi exuding childlike energy. With her weight it seems she's shed her ego. Besides she's glowing with love for her Saifu, "...he's so good looking" she moans like a schoolgirl swooning over a rock star and you can't help but smile. She played Bebo, everyone's favourite and she let me be me. I had fun, I hope she did too." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Childlike, that's how I perceive her to be. And yes, very immature, though she has improved a lot. I feel that when she debut, she was over ambitious, and had this determination to prove herself. Her nature was over-competetive. As she now explains, she knew no other life apart from films. This is all she coudl do, this si all she wanted to do. Bred inside the industry, she had minimal contact with the outside world. She often explains that she came from a household of just women (her mum and sister). They never had much support. She grew wary and cautious of the outside world. Basically, she obviously started out unbearable. But as she herself says, 10 years in the industry have matured her. I cant explain it. I adore her. Yes she has an ego. Oh boy does she have an ego. But then I feel...eveyrone does. The only differnce is, she doesnt bother hiding it. And she's very inarticulate. She struggles so often to find the right words. I've noticed it time and time again. This habit definitely got her in trouble in the past. So I dont mind her stubling for words anymroe coz hey...atleast hse's TRYING to edit her thoughts and put them into sane language, lol. Ok yeah, I cant go on and on, but in short. ADORE HER! Been a fan of her for 9 years. Just cant seem to like anyone else. |

She is a brilliant actress! She is the best actress in bollywood currently. WHy? Because she can do all kind of roles and excel in them, which is very rare for any actress.She is very versatile! She can do comedy (JWM, K3G), she can do serious roles (Omkara, Chameli, Dev, Kurbaan ect), she can be glam (eg K3G). What a perfect actress for bollywood!

K3G (she was hilarious in this film, and played her role very well! She was really mean and a lot of ppl hated her character, well job accomplished she was meant to be hated! So she did her job right)
Yuva (another natural performance, thatz why i loved her in this film)
Chup Chup Ke (she made me wheep like a baby in this movie! Very natural performance)
We are Family (wow, she stood up to kajol, and held her own! That's an accomplishment! Not to mention, another natural performance from bebo)
Kyon Ki (because she was natural in this film)

1. Shahid Kapoor (just loved this pair in every film they did from fiza to JWM. Miss them so much!)
2. SRK (WOW Roshni si song from Asoka, what a hot pair!)

4. Saif, Akshay Khanna, Akshay kumar, Vivek O (she looks nice with them too)
~Any other thoughts you may have of Kareena as an actress
I think these days she has been doing a lot of commercial films! I think she needs to balance her films with serious cinema! I know she has Agent Vinod and Heroine in her kitty now for serious/performance driven roles! But I want her to sign more serious cinema films!
