i hv read many posts which says that .....abhay's behavior is repetitive....
1. his clothes
2. wearing glasses when storming out of the room after insulting sm1.
3. his arrogance, rude behaviour...
but want i want to say is...
give abhay 's character a little time to develop...it's been hardly 2 weeks that d show has started ....& v have seen abhay's from barely last 8 episodes....that too for hardly 10 mins in each episodes....most of the time his' listening either to his mom, T, paanchi, princi, piya, or misha....
his has hardly got 12 complete dialogues..
out of which his dialogues
"kind of a man u will never get." said to piya was well received...
"u r too fast " to T was also good
to paanchi ," i am still waiting for u'r decision" was also good...
" did u hear that , it's so beautiful " to old principal was also good....
i read sm1 mention that abhay's dilogue dilvery while reciting the dialogues of romeo was bad... but it has to be that way.. be'coz abhay is a vampire.. he is not used to experience the love that romeo felt for juliet .....for him love would be sm alien word right now- ... those lines r mere statements....that he has to recite to be a part of the play...(which his mom has ordered him to do... v hv to understand that abhay is not willing playing the role of romeo...that he will feel those passion in the words.....) all he is doing right now is 'coz her mom is insisting .....he will feel those words when he will realise his feelings for piya his unconditional love for piya.....
so how can we judge his dilogue dilvery on that....
sm have mentioned that abhay never smiles.... but tell me has he till now experience any incident that can make a vampire smile....all the misha's jokes (which happens in front of ABHAY are mainly targeted towards T .... awhich abhay finds digusting rather than funny)
in twilight edward had a family full of good cousins a good father and mother. and was well setteled in the forks..but here abhay's is moved new to d town recently and is frustrated about shifting place, T 's pushy behaviour......abhay & mother is also terrified on seeing piya's face...father is hardly shown....
in twilight edward was fighting his attraction for bella...and so was avoiding her.....
but here ...we have abhay's family's past attached to piya in sm way or d other...that they r in state of shock in seeing piya.....
in twilight the story began from attraction to love between edward and bella .....
in pkyek the story begins from hatered to love between abhay and bella...
also abhay is shown to be rude.....who is living a dark life.....probably with very less situations involving emotions.....so he is acting that way.....
abhya's character is being built now.....according to the character abhay will probably know others thoughts but will not feel others emotions.....this is what he will learn when he falls in llove with piya.....
till he falls in love with piya....all that is needed right now is his getting lost in piya's eyes....trying to know what is that emotion that he is feeling.... and that abhay is doing perfectly well.....
as far as graphics effects are terrible i agree.....that is what is ekta's problem rather than of actors...
yes, finally regarding his clothes ....i think till now abhay doest feel the difference in colours...b'coz he is living life in darkness, to him everything in the world is dark...black .....he will probably understand other colours when he will himself understand human side in him....
