But if the natural parents have divorceed, they can always get a surrogate mother and get another baby without physical involvement of the divorceed couple.

In this case there is one Bhabi of Kabir who cannot otherwise have a natural pregnancy can be a surrogate mother. So they can have the baby and also do bone marrow to roshni

Exactly what I want here, have a test-tube baby with a surrogate mother, and she can get married to Pankaj later and they keep the second child while Roshni still stays with JyotiR since Jyoti is so much obsessed with the custody of Roshni she has literally snatched away from Psycho ji after so much drama and menace creation.
Jyotir can then plan for their own baby and Kabir won't be burdened with two of Pankaj's kids. Everybody happy and focus shifts to Vikrant Sudhar and RP-CS raaz disclosure.........

No, this very option of a kid's bone marrow being used to service another is horrendous, and shouldn't be sustained. I hope something happens that forcibly aborts (in a manner of speaking) that plan.
