Panchi Bohra: (Prachi of 'Kayamat')
I have done two Karwa Chauth sequences, one in which Shabbir doesn't like me and the other one, after he falls in love with me. Both the sequences were interesting to shoot because I had to really act as though I am going to faint. Also wearing heavy saris and jewellery was also another interesting part because I have seen my friends keeping vrat and they used to do a lot of shopping for the day and go to parlours. They also boast about the gifts they received (laughs). In real life I have not fasted, but after marriage I am looking forward for it and my husband will have to fast along with me.
Sanjeeda Shaikh: (Nimmo of 'Kya Hoga Nimmo Ka', and Ayesha in Kayamath)
I have done several Karwa Chauth scenes in the shows that I did and it was really interesting to do such a sequence as being a Muslim, I never did that. The Karwa Chauth scenes in Kayamat and Jaane Pehchane Se Yeh Ajnabi were more of a comedy sequence because both Shabbir and Siddharth are brats and both of them always used to make fun of the channi. I have also done a Karwa Chauth sequence with Aamir in Kya Dil Main Hai and that was the most romantic one. In real, even though I don't mind fasting for the fest, I have not kept vrat till now.
