Indian Idol should not be based on boyish charm or appeal. Sandeep is getting away with singing with such mediocrity due to his personality. The thought of him singing on a whole album is scary, but digital enhancement of his vocals may help. I just wish people would pay attention to true talent. At least in American Idol this season the proper people are being voted off.

I said sandy will be the next idol is because people vote only for nice boys,who they think are humble(they are actually humbled by others extraordinary talents and lack of their own).
Hemu got branded arrogant after the walkout drama.he vinit and himani got crucified after that(read the threads in the srgmp archives) so simple sweet debo won...in the beginning of the top 12 who would have dreamt?

IF you watch american idol...Paris a very gifted singer is already targetted because she came across overconfident.kevin is voted out because in the first gala he was abnoxious(even to me).he sang well this week....but too late...

he has reached the final onli thru the help of rajasthani votin public
he shud have been voted off the show -ages ago-with performance of mitwa
he is still singin out of tune
his voice is irritating-
