Farewell note to the show and members here

Just got interested in knowing more about the actor who played Simi. I was really attracted to the character Simi, reasons for which I have discussed time and again. Slowly the initial charm of the serial got lost. There were reasoning, agreements and disagreements about the story going on. But in the process started to appreciate the character Abhi more than Simi. Well, the characterisations were in the hands of writers who did not carry out their job well. Still I hung on because I enjoyed both the actors Neil and Smiriti's performance. I still am watching the lousy script just for them.

Its time to say good bye to the entire cast of Karol Bagh. We may get to watch them in other shows. But I am not sure if I would so whole heartedly get attracted to any other show for that matter. But, talking about Neil and Smiriti, I think I will support them in whatever they do next. Good luck to Neil,Smiriti along with Sargun,Ravi,Devyani,Waseem, Hunar, Alkaji and Banwariji.

As for members here, from the start I have directly interacted with very few of them. I have interacted through discussions the most with Sangeeta, Krisha,Rupal,Laila,Bee and RakshaDi, occasionaly many times with Nafisa, Luckydreams,Somini and little lesser with Shankar, Lata , Bana and Sanico. I promised Rumi that I will update the show's story, but I feel it may not be necessary now. My apologies for that.

There were times of agreements and disagreements among most of us, but still I have learnt to maintain diplomacy which is the most needed here. I have avoided controversies consciously and to an extent I am happy that in spite of everything, this forum is a place where members with different thinkings coexist.

It does not seem likely that I may join another show's forum in future, but if time permits I may do. So here is saying a goodbye to all the lovely members, who have messaged me at one time or the other, who have supported me in my discussions, those who have disagreed with me and all whom I have known through this forum. Its been an enriching experience and I have been able to learn one new thing from each one of you.Thanks one and all for everything.

Yes we KB fans got into agreements and disagreements along the way because of the scripts and storyline. But alas we are human, we shall never agree all the time. Disagreements shows that we are different fom one another in giving ideas and comments due to our diversified thinking but this does not hinder us from becoming friends.

The hardest part when we loose the show.is to loose wondrful members we grow to love so much and the bonding we formed with them and the ones that has made place in your heart that you can never forget.

I know we are going to move on. But I am here and always will be here if you ever need me.

I am not saying Goodbye to you or any one. For me you are all mine and can never be forgotten.

Meysimi, aapne meri moonh ki baat cheenli! I too joined in this forum a year ago to share the joy of watching KB as it was then and esp the characters and acting of Neil and Smriti.

Neil's smile still makes my day, but the script had sunk so much in the past few weeks that I stopped watching when the Mili-Abhi track was at its absurd height. That didn't stop me from visiting the forum occasionally to check out what all my friends here were saying. I am glad KB is ending becase things that rot beyond a point must be trashed, so that newer and better things can be created. Hope Neil, Smriti and the rest of the amazing cast find good roles in new shows, and I am dying to see Neil in a movie!

No other show currently on TV has caught my fancy enough for me to get on the forum, but I am watching Sasural Gendha Phool for its sheer lightheartedness and Sangini for the heartthrob Iqbal Khan. All the best to all my friends here and hope our paths cross again!
