Film Farm Productions' supernatural thriller for Star Plus is the next big show that is getting ready for launch..

Film Farm Productions, maker of the successful show on COLORS, Uttaran is now working on a supernatural thriller for Star Plus. The untitled show is scheduled to be a biweekly which will air on the weekends. The production house which is all set for the launch of their other show Dil Se Diya Vachan, a family drama on Zee TV will get into a totally different territory with the thriller show.

We hear that the casting process is on for the show.

A little birdie tells us, "It is a love story where a guy falls in love with a girl, the couple with the passage of time get married. Then hell breaks loose as the girl all of a sudden disappears and her existence in itself becomes a question mark".

The channel and production house have approached known names for the show.

Our source further says, "Sayantani Ghosh who is presently seen in Imagine's Raktsambandh has been finalized to play a pivotal role. The show will have lot many characters, for which the casting is still on. The female lead is not got yet. However, the makers have approached the handsome hunk Shabbir Ahluwalia to play the male lead".

We tried calling Sayantani Ghosh and Shabbir, but both were unavailable.

We tried calling Producer Pintoo Guha, but did not get any response from him.
