I know I have worked with Mental Retarded people.. it has different categories.. Moreover, It is pretty normal and usually spoken term at my place.. AAhat comes in category of "Delays in the development of adaptive behaviors such as self-help or self-care skills" of "Mental Retardation" And it is nothing too violent and serious stuff I think
