A young girl is gangraped in front of her parents. She tries to commit suicide but survives. NCCW tries to take the help of police to get to the culprits but realise that the officer investigating the case is more interested in booking the victim for attempting suicide rather than trying to bring the criminal to book. They carry on with the investigation on their own and realise that there are a lot of red herrings at every stage and then they get to know that the criminals are very affluent people and hence many people within the system are helping them go scot free. The criminals go to the extent of threatening Madhvi of harming her daughter also.
