Karan Godwan enters in Zee TV's Sanjog Se Bani Sangini

Karan Godwan who played the lead in SAB TV's Jugni Chali Jalandhar will be seen in a completely new avtar inZee TV's Sanjog Se Bani Sangini. He plays the childhood friend of Gauri (Binny Sharma) who dreams of getting married to her.

A little birdie tells us, "He essays the simpleton Shankar whose family and Gauri's family happen to be close friends. Shankar's family returns to Haridwa after many years. Shankar who is this shy, simple guy working for a fixed salary aspires to marry Gauri. Over the time, Rudr (Iqbal Khan) will also feel that Gauri should wed Shankar."

When contacted, Karan Godwan confirmed the news saying, "This role is very challenging, as I play a typical champu, with oiled hair, a simple guy who likes Gauri and dreams of leading a simple life with her."

Karan's entry was partially aired in yesterday's episode and will be in action from tonight.
