Destiny plays a major role in Tani's love/married life:
As a child, her and Onu's parents decided who should be the love/partner of her life, and accordingly gave her married to Anurag - at a time when the two did not understand what marriage is, and what love is.😭
Again as an adult, Anurag and her mother decides who should be her life partner.😭 The present Tani although accepting Onu's rejection, is unable to lead a life she would be comfortable with.
As viewers, we know in the past destiny may have played an important role in Devdas, Tagore, Shoroth Chandra's stories. But shoud it be case in the 21st century? Should we not expect something more constructive from a modern progressive looking Tani character?
Some people in the forum are mentioning that TL is loosing it spark. We would not want to see similar story of Tani - where she is almost or getting married to Sushant Roy but again moving to/fro towards Onu...resulting in unhappiness between four people and four families (similar to Pavitra Rishta and many other serials)
I sincerely hope that the CVs who have thought of such a wonderful 'Selfless Love' story, will also come up with a more innovative outlook which will bring the spark that the title justifies. A strong story (not just a twist for the sake of twist) which explores the Tani character's strength, loyality, confidence, intelligence, talents, confidence and above all faith on herself. A story through which other Tani's can learn that if one is strong and has the right qualities, one can stand on her own successfully, and make the right decisions in life and move on- even under family/ friends pressure.👏
