Part 1
Pankaj asks Jyoti to give him 2 more days b4 he turns over Roshni. Jyoti asks him how she could possibly trust him after everything he did, and he asks her whether he'd have come to her if he had any intentions of getting away w/ Roshni? However, if she doesn't trust him, to come w/ him. Jyoti looks @ him disbelievingly.
In the haveli, Reshmi is uneasy about Jyoti, thinking that something is worrying her. So she calls Jyoti's maayka, & Dadi answers. She asks Reshmi how she is, and then asks for Jyoti. Reshmi hesitates, but tells her that Jyoti is asleep & she'll have her call her later. Dadi agrees.
Reshmi turns around, and as one might expect, her dear nosy saas is there.
Part 2
CS demands to know who she was talking to, and Reshmi tells her that it's Jyoti's maayka. CS hurls some insults as usual @ them, and asks her when is Jyoti due to return? Reshmi tells her that according to Jyoti, she'll return soon. As CS leaves disgusted, Reshmi wonders where Jyoti is, if she's not @ her maayka?
At Pankaj's new place in Jodhpur (pic of house looks different from the old Udaipur home) Pankaj brings Jyoti in, w/ Roshni in her arms, and introduces her to the place. CM comes out and is shocked to see Jyoti there. (CM, don't worry, as you probably know, Jyoti is re-married, and takes her marriages a lot more seriously than your nephew) Pankaj tells her that CM lives w/ him here, and assures her he's not going anywhere. He tells her that having lived w/ Roshni all these months, it'll take him time to let go, and assures her that he'll return Roshni in 48 hours. CM tells Jyoti (this time politely š²) that her son was suffering w/ regrets, and this was his only way to meet her, so asks her to trust him. She concedes that they ill-treated her and cannot take all that back, but to please forgive them.
Pankaj tells her that she can visit Roshni during those 2 days if she likes, and that while he concedes that there is no relationship left b/w them, they do have relationships w/ Roshni. He'll always be Roshni's father, and under that pretext, they'll both get to spend time w/ her. Jyoti hands over Roshni to Bhairavi, & Pankaj thanks her, telling her that she's given him reason to live for 2 more days.
Jyoti's phone rings, & Reshmi asks her where she is? Jyoti lies & tells her that she's just leaving her mom's house, & will be back in a little while. Reshmi looks in disbelief @ what Jyoti's saying.
That night, Jyoti enters the haveli, & Bhavri & Asha join her, while CS looks @ them from upstairs. Bhavri jokes that she must have worked as hard @ maayka as she did there, and CS asks whether she actually went there, since when women return from maayka, they usually don't return empty handed (Sez who?) Jyoti leaves.
She enters her room, and calls Kabir. He answers on her 2nd call, and tells her he's in a village where the reception is pretty bad. She tells him that she had something important to tell him. Kabir tells her he can't hear her, and he's returning tomorrow, so if it's important, to tell him then.
Part 3
Reshmi enters & taps Jyoti on the shoulder. Reshmi tells her she looks worried, and Jyoti tells her she's tired. Reshmi asks her if everything is fine @ her maayka, and Jyoti asks why? Reshmi tells her that she had called Dadi. š
Jyoti looks @ her shocked, and Reshmi tells her that she knows she didn't go to her maayka, but if she's lying, it's for a good reason. She offers to keep that secret, but insists that Jyoti tell her what it's about. Jyoti tells her that that baby was no stranger, but her own daughter.
After a while, they are seated (seems Jyoti has confided in her), and Reshmi asks her whether she's going to bring her home, & if so, how? Jyoti tells her that she'll wait for Kabir, and when she's told him all, she knows that he'll support her. Reshmi agrees, but asks her what about the rest? Jyoti says that regardless, she can't live w/o her daughter.
In Pankaj's place, Roshni is crying, while CM has brought Pankaj tea (It's nice to see CM doing the naukrani job for a change - previously, it used to always be Jyoti or Sudha) Pankaj asks CM if she wanted to say something, and she tells him that she's scared of whether he's about to do the right thing or not? If any mishap happens? Pankaj reassures her that nothing will happen, and what he thought about doing, he'll do, and that's what will happen. He wants the happiness of himself, Roshni & Jyoti. When there is nothing more to lose, he can only win. He thinks to himself that the saga of himself & Jyoti ain't over. š”

Finally, Pankaj convinces Jyoti to give him 48 more hours, but apparently he has a plan that's beyond that. If he's thinking about forcing Jyoti to get back to him, he's stupid, since he knows how seriously Jyoti regards her marriage - proof being her loyalty towards him until he divorced her. Using Roshni to try and win her back is bound to backfire, despite CM's apologetic attitude - which I still doubt is for real.
Jyoti would obviously do well to discuss this w/ Kabir, but she has 2 problems coming up if she tries to take Pankaj's offer. If she takes Roshni in, Pankaj will continue to try and have things like visitation, which will give CS fodder to malign her further. While Kabir may support her, this is likely to be a distraction from her desire to totally reform her current sasural. While mine may be a minority opinion, I hope that Jyoti does either one of 2 things - either sends Pankaj to jail & takes full possession of Roshni, or ask Pankaj to take sole custody of Roshni and serve him a restraining order forbidding him from coming anywhere near her.
The serial was going fine, but as long as they keep bringing back Pankaj, they are just going to make the show as insufferable as it was just a few months ago.
