ARTICAL-women fight back

Pratigya: The story depicts the life of a educated, middle-class girl, Pratigya, who fights for her self-respect against the stigma and discrimination that prevails in the Indian society even today. She refuses to be a by-stander when someone tries to get away with injustice and strives hard to get justice to the victim. Pratigya has opposed the cruel ways of her in-laws and by doing so has earned many enemies in her family. But that hasn't stopped her from speaking her mind and standing up for what is right.
