Really really wanted to skip the scene of nupur-onu coming to the restaurant, their so-called "date" scene🥱...but didn't. And i am SOOOOOOOO GLAD i didn't! What a powerful SCENE with soooo many messages behind it! Brought up a BIG question mark👏 I didn't watch it for nupur-onu...i watched it for analyzing something & for harshad, tht scene might've seemed simple...but for me it was one of the most well-thought , brilliantly acted scene👍🏼

That scene SHOWED the difference between selfless love & possessive love! Showed the wholeee opposite concept of "Tere Liye", that scene made the phrase "Tere Liye" more powerful. I also just realized how much i LOVE LOVE this title!😳 Look at it this way...onu loves both tani & nupur. His commitment towards tani --- selfless acts, everything "tere liye". His commitment towards nupur --- possessive, selfish & everything for him only "mere liye." I know MANY people who define love as "possessiveness" u know tht "ur MINE ONLY" kind of attitude. While selfless love, not that popular or heard of. But which one is really the TRUE love? Very debatable na?😉

Without being biased, or thinking yourself as a TaAnu fan/ Nupur-Onu fan (if there is any), please state ur views bout what you think of this...& which one do u decide as the TRUE love? I am looking forward to many interesting views 😃

but wow now that I read your analysis...I can totally agree yaar....whatever ANurag has done till now (including in all their bachpan) it was all for "tere liye" and selflessly he did because he truly believed that she was and is his wife, and because they share such a deep relationship.....with Nupur's scene today I thought that showed a pyscho side of Anurag....his possesiveness (which was scary)

and I believe it was Ashlesha,Nadia and Sveta who were talking about (in EDT) how Onu holds on to Nupur because Tani was taken away from him...so he feels the need to hold on to Nupur so she wont leave him....

and actually I agree with them too.....I felt after today's Onu-Nupur scene that his obsession in the thing that will make him pagal

one thing that this got me thinking though (after TaAnu scene) was that who loves who more....does Anurag love Tani more or Tani loves Anurag more🤔 because both of them are totally pagal for each other and we know and we have seen that......Onu doesnt realize it but look at the way he behaves with her....."ye dard us dard se kum nahi jo tujhe taqleef laye" (something like that he said to her)...which just makes me seriously ponder on that question...kaun kisko zyada pyaar karta hai?

wow you just have a whole opposite meaning of love...ok let me see....

anu's love from childhood till now for taani...its called selfless love..a love that can never be define because noone can do it.....its the sacrifice he have done for taani.....for various reasons....for the sake of friendship...for the sake of his love....and also being taani's husband....its all Tere Liye for taani....his love for taani can never be define....buddu boy doesn't even understand what is infatuation and love...how will he define his selfless acts for taani....he will again tag it as friendship...but the fact is a fact....anu's love for taani is selfless...and the other meaning of love is called sacrifice and thats what anu have been doing for taani from childhood till now....and he will even give up and sacrifice his life for taani....

selfless love is what i call as true love.....not because i am a TaAnu fan or HarShiya...PraDev...this concept i believe it on strongly...

as for anu's love for nupur.....his posessiveness....more than love i could see a madness in anu in that scenes....the first symptoms of loosing his sense completely...it have started to begun....now why he behaves like that...there is a strong valid reason.....he doesn't want to loose nupur like he have lost taani in childhood....he doesn't want to get the same pain in love which he got in his childhood...he doesn't want to get the same punishment which he got in his childhood for loving his wife.....somehow he is finding taani in nupur.....in the span of 8 years time we don't know what anu have gone through but yes in times of difficulty nupur has supported him like taani used to do...somewhere in the lane he found taani in her.......he doesn't want to loose her in any cause....its more of an obsession....possessive...he doesn't want to go through the same heartbreak which he have got in childhood....thats it....its more obsession for nupur not love....he is finding taani in nupur....and also this man is full of commitment with nupur thats another reason...

anu locked his first love up in his heart because he feels now that its wrong and because of him loving his wife taani....he had such a big punishment of loosing his friends...family and wife....he doesn't want to loose all that again....so he only wants to be friends with taani...but buddhu boy doesn't realise that he is still madly in love with his wife....

Mere Liye= Obsession...Possessive....Madness...this symptoms are more of a person to loose his mental balance

Tere Liye= Sacrifice..Trust..Selfless...Understanding...Love...Pain...

Passion...Tears...this are symptoms of TRUE LOVE

what i don't understand is....anu is finding taani in nupur...taani is just infront of him and he couldn't realise that there is no point finding taani in nupur....as taani is only one and that is his only taani....i wonder when he will realise Tere Liye Love and Not Mere Liye Love

BUT your point of Tani being in front of him....I guess he's just really used to Nupur now so he cant see the love he feels for Tani...(which again I find really absurd..but since its Onu I guess its ok😆) but I cant get over the fact is HOW....HOW can somone be so oblivious about his feelings.....clearly he needs to understand that it is NOT friendship in any sense...it is pure, true love that he feels for Tani.... or maybe he knows but he is just not brining it to his consciousness OR he is just stubborn to believe that he loves Tani as a friend only...or maybe he knows he loves Tani....but he doesnt want to hurt Nupur.....(seeing that the chick almost killed herself for him) I guess he wants to break it to her slowly😆

thats the main thing....since he was all alone in US...nupur gave him the support which taani always use to give....so thats where he is very attached to nupur.....hence the possesiveness....can't blame him because the trauma he went through in such tender age is very painful....so his behaviour is acceptable...he have lost his love once he doesn't want to loose it again...that is the main fear....i feel one day nupur herself will make anu realise that all while he only loved taani....not her....he was finding taani in her...he only loved his wife....kitna faithful husband hai naa humara anurag

he is blinded by 8 years love rather than 16 years love.......he is being reserved now...he locked all his childhood memories in himself....time and sufferings have changed him....this is one reason why he is unaware about his feelings and always confused about it....

no matter how much he convinces himself that he is a friend to taani only...his antics and attitutes are enough to confirm that he is madly in love with taani.....he is again doing all duties as her husband.....

anu is very stubborn through...lekin taani bhi kuch kaam nahin hai yaar...she is too very stubborn...how you see every marriage proposal she breaks it by telling the truth to them that she is married in her childhood....and even now she consider herself as a married women....both TaAnu are very very stubborn....their stubborness will lead them into passionate love....

anu is a confused person....we will get mad if we see things in his POV....

WOW did not note that observation! but yeah being unbiased i fee like the selfless act of tere liye is what real love is! i mean the understanding and sacrifice one makes for another is exactly what a person needs in love!
Anurag being possessive over napur is nothing but infatuation! i feel

a very nice p.o.v.....i too wanted to wash out tht scene frm my memory...but now i feel this was a very important and symbolic scene...love is more about sacrifice and it can never be obsession..obsession happens mostly when someone is infatuated to othr...but,well i dont want anu to turn out mad for this obsession of nupur...i dont want nupur or anyone else,othr than tani ,to have that much hold in anurag's emotions....i dont want nupur to ditch for any reason but anu should ditch her for tani....

tereliye is the word which i like alot. i think selfless is the true love.buddhu is not realizing the love of him towards Tani . one day he surely realize it. i hope it cant be late.
