I can appreciate your comment, and if you don't mind, I'd like to point out that we haven't seen the whole proposal. We've just seen a bit of it. Perhaps when we see the whole thing, it will be more MSK in your eyes... I for one am looking forward to the whole thing! 😳

The other thing I would like to ask is how you see an angry young man propose? Do angry young men propose? Or is their anger replaced with love which softens them enough to do silly things like propose in a railway station?

I was missing REAL MAAN from long time. I think we have to give an complaint in policestation [4 lions Ltd] to SP [Nissar Parvez]. They have to search him as early as possible, otherwise they will loose their popularity.

Maan Ghumshuda Ho gaye hain. Koi Maan ko dhoond ke lao please.

I loved the MSK style very much. The way he expresses his views, the usage of words like CHUP. Hmmmm, Haaan, KYaaaa etc.

First time I liked the words Hmmmm and Haaan in a character. The wildness in romance is missing. I know that he is love and he should be soft, but not loosing his real nature.

The self realization in conference room would have much better than the more of sadness. He should have expressed anger for himself more as it is his style and much more.

May be stopping the train by pulling its chain would have been his style of stopping Geet from going away from him. Since he doesn't care anyone and go to any extent for Geet. But it doesn't mean that he should kneel down and propose in the railway platform. This is very stupid idea for a man like MSK . It looks too cheap for the character he has been portrayed. His intense and ordering in romance should have maintained.

Wake up SP Nissar and look for our Maan Singh Khurana as early as possible.

i totally agree with you and pointed the same out on the three idiots thread.... so i shall just copy paste what i wrote there ... it will prettty much sum up what i wanted to say...

the entire episode lacked the intensity we generally have in scenes like this ... i feel the episode was kinda disjointed ...as much as they were using them as props ... i thought the rajasthani guys were not needed after the first round of luka chupi as you call it ...

once he found her, there was no reaction as such from his side .. he was just standing there a few steps away and uttering a few vague lines .. i thought he would be a little more angsty, may be bordering on slight aggression the way its generally been with him... i thought his anger would come pouring out as to how she could just walk away from his life, and then i thought he would soften, and says, when you know you are the one who decides everything between us, why didnt you slap me for not keeping up those promises! i dont know, something in the entire episode was amiss, and i just couldnt sit thro the repeat ... generally even after three repeats i still look forward to the next one.. here i am more like ... okay, lets see what happens tomorrow...

i get what they are trying to show by making him propose that way ... they wanna once more create this stark contrast.. which is why they inserted Dev and Meera's scene where dev tells her everything he did and the intention with which he did all of this... as opposed to which, this guy, is proud to perhaps flaunt her to the world as the woman he loves, no matter what ... however, yeah, things could have been done better!!

but again, i feel this is not their proposal.. he is just taking her back .. and there is more of winning over to do .. if you noticed geet didnt smile through out the entire incident .. she simply shed a few tears and looked on.. which means, she will have her share of questions to ask him...

the key to tonight episode is .. where Geet at first is thrilled as she see's him and thinks she wants to go to him, but then she says... if he had thought from his heart he would have stopped me right away .. the fact that he came now shows he is doing it from the head.. and thats a perception she is perhaps going to carry for a while now, before she is convinced the guy is thinking totally from the heart ...

the next couple of episodes will perhaps work towards building that .. cos as of now.. i am not being negative, but the way he said, i dont care if you are pregnant or you have a past, but i cant live without you , only showed once more that he needs her .. and thats not what she wants .. she wants him to love her now ... and till the time she feels he is thinking from his heart ... i dont think she will give in .. and then my dearie will we have an amazing confession ...

lastly, since the wait was long, the episode atleast for me didnt live upto my expectations ..!!! 😊

and this is too much info and analysis on an episode that i thot wasnt up to the mark! think of how much i would have actually written had they given us something outta the world?

here is another one:
we dont want OTT romance, but the cvs have set such high standards of romance on normal occasions that, our expectations from scenes like ths would be obviously high ...

take for instance in last nights episode..;.

-he acknowledged she cant live without her
-he also apologised soo many times for the first time...
-he went looking for her ...

it was all there as though to be executed from the screenplay .. the acting bit just didnt come thro? where was his pain? where was his anxiety? where was his excitement when he spotted the taveez first, where was the sigh of relief when he heard her voice? it was all blank... it was done cos it had to be done ...
as for the proposal ... yes, he goes down on his knees in front of the whole wide world .. but when we have had better scenes for a fake confession, we obv had other expectations from the real one ...

it was all there but i still couldnt feel a thing, may be my expectations were too many from the episode .. but its not my fault again... in the past my expectations have only superseded .. why then should i settle for anything less now?

Another Point to be noticed is the way he came to office with the same dress which he has worn at home and the show off in Office in front of his staff, when he had himself scolded his employer for not wearing tie properly.
