See i don't think she only loves Sid. Like i said before Ridz is torn between past and present. Ridz love for Armaan was so strong in the past that it survived in heart till present. The love is there, but their relationship isn't(they are no longer bf/gf). Her love for Sid in the present is also very strong and in the present she shares a relationship with Sid (marriage). A relationship that binds them for enternity (7 jaanam).
When Armaan came to Ridz date, he took her back to the past they both shared. The past where they were almost married, and at the point she started living in the past. She was able to break away from the past because the love she has for Sid (in the present) is strong and one can't live in the past. She didn't slap him because she was just as guilty as she was.

The reason she couldn't say it looking into his eyes was because she would be lying. I already stated that Ridz still has feelings for Armaan. The difference is that Ridz has almost let go of the past, but Armaan can't and he wants to bring her back. If she admitted the truth then Armaan would be encouraged to hang on to the past, without allowing him to move one and she wants him to move on. She doesn't want to lie to him, but at the same time she wants him to move on.
