Wild Card ahoy! And we welcome back seven Khiladis for one last shot at getting back into the competition. The stunts were fairly straightforward today, really. But there were some very good performances, and some really huge disappointments. One, actually. But more on that later. For now, here's my round up of the day, in random order...đ
Stunt Fourteen
Pretty straightforward. Required using your arms and upper body for strength, as well as your head for a strategy, which no one seemed to do except one contender, who then ended up being the best performer too.
Milind Soman...First one to go, and did a decent job. A little less stamina than the others, and the flag took a long time to detach. Got one flag, which was pretty decent by the overall standard.
Manjot Singh...Really good job! Quick and agile. His lightness was an advantage that he used pretty well. His one flag took a while to take off, again, or he could have done more. Niiice!
Cyrus Broacha...Truth be told, I wasn't expecting much from him. Was at least happy he tried, and fell because he slipped and not because he gave up.
Angad Bedi...He tried, but you could see it was a little difficult for him. Not too great, unfortunately.
Armaan Ibrahim...Decent try, but he kept pausing in the middle, and that didn't seem to help. He let go, and broke his tooth too. Yikes.
Karan Singh Grover...WOW. Just wow. He was effing Brilliant! While everyone else made it across one bar at a time, Karan was the only one who covered two in every go, and how! Two flags. Awesome!
Stunt Fifteen
This was, like PC said very aptly, mind over matter. The snakes were there to unnerve the team inside, but the task was fairly simple. Karan, courtesy his brilliant first stunt, got the safety band, and didn't have to do this one.
Armaan Ibrahim...Madhura...!! What is wrong with her?! She made up her mind to give up even before the stunt began, and I knew she wouldn't follow it through. I felt horrid for Armaan. And SO angry at Madhura! I was glad to see PC agree, because she looked seriously peeved, and behaved it too. But honestly, I didn't mind her lecturing Madhura today. I mean, what the heck was she thinking when she came to KKK?! Frustrating, is the word. Frustrating.
Angad Bedi...Also gave up. Claustrophobia kicked in, and besides they were taking a lot of time.
Cyrus Broacha, Rahul Dev...Tried, but took a long time again. However, Cyrus beat Rahul to it by five seconds, which means he's back in!
Milind Soman...I thought his partner did fabulously. So quick! He took a while himself, but they did it the quickest, so he's in!
Whopper of the Day : Karan in the first stunt. Quick, agile and really, really good. Well done, dude! đ
Shocker of the Day : Madhura. I hate that Armaan had to leave because of her, and love the fact that he wasn't even mad at her for it. All the best for everything you do!
Pat on the Back of the Day : Manjot in the first stunt, and Milind and his partner in the second stunt. Good stuff. đđź
The final Four Wild Card Entrants, therefore, are : Karan Singh Grover, Milind Soman, Manjot Singh and Cyrus Broacha.
Tomorrow looks interesting, and very dangerous, especially for those who have back issues. Yikes. Would love to know what you guys thought about today!
Cheers! đ
