dyehard,
ur always great... 👍🏼 👏
lovely post n lovely topic.... 👏
though LOVE has the power to heal the deepest wounds but it also has the power to extract venom of evil out of a person....SS n amma fears that one day the beloved son might stand up in front of them to question their ridiculous ways of behaving....KRISHNA has transformed as a person that to because of pratigya.....but my take on it goes this way...i dont know if i agree with u or not but LOVE n CARE affects those who really have some good in their hearts....krishna was able to change coz he had a GOLDEN HEART...unlike his family who have so much hatred in themselves that the only way they would learn a lesson is by having punishment for their actions....

Thanks Mush!🤗
Are you talking of the power of redemption, Mushi? Because I also strongly feel that the deepest message in this story is is that - how love has the capacity to redeem. If the story was about a strong girl sending all bad people to jail and punishing them only, it would not have had half the impact. It is because we see how the character of Krishna Thakur has evolved that we are so mesmerized by this tale.
People outside the system can often see its evils very clearly. Pratigya can see with crystal clarity all that is wrong about the Thakur setup. But it very difficult for somebody who has been socialised into this setting to come outside and look at its flaws and attempt to overcome them in oneself! This required a lot of guts and a lot of strength of character. For Krishnam his love provided the impetus and the perspective he needed.
I have a feeling Kesar is also going to be redeemed. She too has enough goodness in her heart; now she will have to find the courage from somewhere!
I really don't know about SS, Amma amd Shakti. They seem to be consumed by evil and hatred!🤢 Can't say it they can ever be brought into the pale in this lifetime!😕

Agree with what ur saying..SS doesnt hate Prats but I guess he is afraid that he might loose control over his family which he has ruled for many years with everything except LOVE...He has seen how just a one encounter with Prats has changed his favorite son fundamentally and honestly he is feeling insecured with the relation of KRIYA as he knows only they are in the house who can challange SS openly and Prats is Krishna's weakness ..that K can not see anything beyong Prats and thats y he is determined to get rid of Prats so that he can have his son and old ways of ruling the house back...🤢

Hey Shreya,

Exactly! He has created this myth of dictatorship. He is afraid that love will plant the seed of revolt in this carefully constructed facade and explode the myth!

Yes Mushi!
I think that she will definitely do something to save Prats also. P was the first person to treat her like a hman being and make her realise that her heart, her thoughts and feeling too had some importance. Till then I don't think she felt even as powerful as Piyasiya!😭
