lol technically she is not concerened because on the night when SR got drunk, she said ''maine kabhi tumse tumhare past ke bare mie poocha hai '' lol back then it seems she wasn't concerned because obviously he seemed to have moved on

Riddhima herself was never interested in Tamanna or in Siddhant's past....Why on earth would Sid go and tell that in the first place...And secondly, Tamanna was a mere crush...She wasn't even Sid's girlfriend....What is the big deal in that???
