How specific are you about your diet: Quite specific I always prefer low calorie and high protein food.

What is better to be fit by opting gym or yoga: Both is fine depends on what suits one's body.

Do you believe in superstition: No, I personally don't but my advice for the believers is that do believe in it if it's doing some good for you and not because someone else is following it.

The best way to express care: one could express it through words, actions but then it also depends on what kind of care one wish's to show and who (smiles).

How much do you love yourself: Pretty much or the most and I think it's common with everyone (smiles).

The best tagline you have read behind any vehicle: I have read many nice things but the one I could recollect is 'Chalte Ka Naam Gaadi'.

Your favorite TV advertisement: I think the latest KBC season advertisement is just superb and decent.

What is the most difficult sports game for you: Physical training has been my passion since childhood and I have even achieved a degree in Sports so nothing is difficult as such I think your passion drives you to work towards it.

If you get a week long break what would you do: Like the one I'm enjoying now (smiles). But probably I would relax for two days, and then move on for a holiday with my wife that is been going pending from a long time.

Any bad habit you're trying to get rid of: Yes, I want to quit smoking.

I somehow feel certain that the LTL IF is cultivated by encouraging in-house PH participation.
