^^ We have permanent commissioned army officers as women also...but they are in Army Nursing Corps. We have Maj. Gen. Usha Sikdar who is news these days.
These are such regiments, where a woman can serve as permanent commissioned officers in Army.
As I said earlier, in other two services, they can also but in ground duties only.
