Why Can't Armaan Move On?

I so agree with you Seert!

Everyone deserves happiness and love in life, then why should Armaan be any different? He didn't get it with Riddhima, so why can't he get it with Shilpa?


Million dollar question asked though for me I have a simple answer.
Sometimes we believe we have the best person in life at that moment and when we loose the person we think we have lost it all. Though the reality is time heals us all and later we realize that the best choice is still waiting for us !!

In this case- it is Shilpa for Arman and not Ridhimma

i shudnt be commenting bcoz i m n AR fan..still..yes u r right armaan deserves every bit of happiness..if he gets dat 4rm shilpa gud luck 2 dem..we r upset bcoz we have lost our hopes 2day..i may b a saddist bt still cant get over AR..

And yes how long must Armaan and how long must we suffer as his fans? I admit I like ArSh but I'm big fan of Armaan, and to see him in all this pain is getting way too annoying, especially when he a has second chance in the form of Shilpa.

@ sipdip: Yes exactly the best choice is Shilpa and do you know why? It's because she understands him and trusts him, even though ArSh can't even be called friends as yet. AR were together for so long and yet Riddhima never understood him. Shilpa will be his healer and give him a lifetime of love and happiness.

Yes it never does. The only constant is change itself, and one has to keep moving on. Does one stop living just because they experienced some loss? If that were the case then pretty much everyone would be a zombie. Life is all about moving on and oh yes Devdas was one of the worst characters ever.
Ironically I do find similarities between him and Armaan. But I don't want this wonderful character to end up the same way as Devdas. And it won't, because Armaan has a second chance at love with the healer: Shilpa :)

I can totally understand that you feel very sad today, because today Armaan moved on. But you have to understand that in a relationship there are 2 people, and Riddhima already took this step a long time ago. It was just Armaan's turn to do so now, because he needs to! As you said he deserves happiness.
You might not be able to get over AR, and yes those were very special characters but life teaches us to move on :)

I was shocked today seeing Armaan think about Shilpa like that as if yesterday was not a shock enough LOL

Anyways ditto seert....Armaan is finally letting go and moving on. You know when i thought of Armaan realizing his feelings for Shilpa....i thought he will try to ignore them and ridicule himself for thinking like that for another girl except Riddhima but he left me surprised with how open minded he was...

My fave part was indeed the last bit when Shilpa covered Riddhima's face over at the party...

And yes Armaan can move on and it won't be butchering of his character....not only him but his heart has no choice....he can't help but fall for her

Shilpa replacing Riddhima's image was a very significant point in today's epi. I would say it was the highlight of it. The start of something new. Armaan is finally allowing himself to think abt someone else other than riddhima, or at least accepting the fact tht shilpa does matter to him. She does affect him somehow. Beautiful moment of realization.
