I think he's soon gonna be over her esp after what we saw today. He seemed to be ready to accept her happiness and remarriage...plus he's developing feelings for Shilpa now.

Yes I along with many others as Anku has said wanted a friendship track, and maybe we can get that after the whole marriage and Shilpa's past being revealed. Look Shilpa already understands Armaan but Shilpa is somewhat of a mystery to Armaan still because he doesn't know about her past. Once that is revealed, I can only hope we see some great scenes of these two bonding over their pain and just being there for each other.
About the whole Riddhima and Shilpa bit. I think he's in a very confused sort of state right now. He loves Riddhima but he's developing these feelings for Shilpa as well. But you cannot say that his feelings for Shilpa are in any way as strong as the ones for Riddhima. ArSh will take time, and this is just the beginning.

eh...'this is just the beginning' part gave me hope. 😆

Same sentiments as well. More than anything Armaan needs to move on for his own sanity [which was clearly shown today] he deserves so much more from life and that's where Shilpa enters, what he prayed for has arrived in a form of a beautiful angel, who'll open his eyes to another world that exists and through this I hope that ArSh come to understand each others pains,struggles and also happiness.
To me personally I think it's a bit selfish to want a character to stay in a state of self-destruction, who wants to witness a man on a daily bases ruin himself over someone that doesn't love him back [in a romantic sense]. I just hope that Armaan snaps out of those past memories and starts living for today, for himself because if he doesn't snap out soon, his one chance just might disappear. [and I for one don't want that to happen LOL]

Beautifully said, and honestly I really don't have anything else to add except one small point. Yes he needs to move on and snap out of his past, but that doesn't mean he has to forget it. He can cherish those as memories of his first love, while moving on in life with Shilpa.
@Bold: I see some difficulties ahead for ArSh b/c of Riddhima and Shilpa's relationship but I'm sure ArSh will overcome all obstacles to be together....lol I've said quite a bit even when I didn't intend to. Oh well!
