yea they didn't mean to show the age gap.....i don't think there is much a age gap between maan and geet possibly 3-4 years maybe....which is fine!!!

because i remember the woman's husband called geet behenji at the dhaba....the script is a little messy that's all.....geet didn't call the woman aunty either.....

Well I didnt find it weird at all...cause if you guys know... ppl from smaller cities usually call everyone aunty-uncle when they meet someone who seems to be older/married/with kids! And they are way friendlier to people than metro city ppl. So Maan calling her bahenji is right..!

It happens guys...it happen to me so many times

Their are so many friends of my friends that are elder than them and they call them behen, but I and some other girls alway get confused because those ladies are elder than us and with kids...I don't know what to call them...I usually call them behen even though they are lot elder than me but sometimes aunty ji comes out from my mouth b/c I am so used to saying aunty....

18 years old is so young, they should have made her at least 20.. But yeah age doesn't matter...they set the screen on fire!!!

do u remember geet called her bhabhiji whn dey first met at dhaba....in 2nd sentence she called her auntiji..........yesterday also they were like bhabhiji-behenji and auntiji..........its weird...........

nt sure abt maan's age......may b 25 or so......they never mentioned his age...........koi farak nahi padta wo 25 ka ho ya 50 ka........i love him.......

They actually call each other differently every time...
Geet had called her "bhabhiji" the first time, in Dhaba, and later "auntyji"
She called Geet "behenji" once, and "beta" once......so there's no question of age gap...:)

geet is 18, but i think maan must be 24-25, not older. he is only acting older cuz of his past...he had to grow up early and take responisibility earlier. Geet lived a sheltered and overprotected life, she is still a child who got her own responsibilty...so it is taking time for her to mature.

Geet has a much younger brother tito, who is at the same age as the lady's children...so it will be natural for geet to call her aunty, besides, she is missing her mother and is emotional. While Maan has these grown up siblings... so he doesnt relate to the lady in any way and calls her behenji, also not to offend her.

I'm 23 and have a little brother and also get confused about what to call his friends' mothers. It is natural for me to call them auntyjee cuz that is what my little brother is calling them....but some of them are only 5-6 years older than me and can get offended cuz of that. They expect me to call the "baji" or something
