Oh! I am familiar with the tying of the bands, just didn't know that it had an official name. For some reason, I thought it was the same as friendship day... So why would Ahem give Kinjal a gift on this day? As his promise back to her?

Promise is for life long,,,,
but at that moment Bro gives some gift or money to sis......
its different from frndship day as here only Sis ties band to bro.....

The protection of brother and sister goes both ways! The band or rakhi is a symbol of the love of a sis for a bro..which will look after the bro in the real world or difficult times.

The bro promises to be there for his sister as well.

yeah thts wht i thought as well tht gopi is not allowed in any functions at MM so im wondering wht rashi is planning. hopefully rashi wont blackmail kinjal!!!!

i agree i have had enough of them twoo. I think rashi will do anything to get her way also i feel that kinjal will finally get to know the real gopi and realise that she was wrong about it and start to help her.
There is so much potential but this one track we have had enough of time to stop..
like Rashis divorce case
aham failing in business but gopi helps on to the right track and succeeds
aham falls sick gopi nurses him
gopi helps kinjal to gain her trust back with her family (if umang dumps her)
