Before the leap didn't she misscarrry and didn't the Dr tell them " Ab Sugna kabhi Maaaa nahin ban payegi !"

no,the doc said it is little bit difficult that she can concive (may or may not concive) so,she gave birth a girl but having many complications in her pregnency.
