Hello everyone,
I know I said I won't update till Monday but I had a short part written so I'll just post that for now. Thanks for your comments love_KYPH, munnibai, spvd. I really appreciate it. So, here goes.
Chapter 12
A few days later, everybody forgot the incident. Exams went on for a week after which everyone was free. It was winter holidays so Justin, Jill, Kajal and Dev went back to their homes in the US. Angad went back to India as his sister would be flying over there as well. Only Tiffany and Kripa were left behind.
They decided to go to Colorado for skiing for a few days. It was just the two of them but they had a fabulous time. They both tried snowboarding at one point but both gave up because they couldn't figure out how they were supposed to go straight when their feet were facing sideways. They were utterly exhausted when they gave up.
For Christmas, they went to Justin's place as they rotated each year. They had a wonderful time and had stuffed themselves until they couldn't move and laughed till tears rolled down their eyes. They left right after New Years.

I don't know why but I catch myself thinking about him at random times. We do not talk much but I've seen him with the rest of the group. He has to be the most amazing person I have ever met. He is a little cocky at times but very endearing. If any one of us is in trouble, he doesn't hesitate to try and fix it. Why I'm writing about this is because I dream about him.
I've dreamt about him during the entire holidays. I dream about him laughing and talking and him looking at me. He has never looked at me like that. And his laughter is so deep and sensuous that my heart skips a beat.
I need to stop thinking about him. If he finds out what I am, he will look at me with disgust in his eyes. Or worse, pity. That is why I haven't told anyone about me and about my family. That is why nobody but my parents and I know about it. Nobody should find out about this. I will just die of shame.

A week before classes started, they all came back so that they could spend time together. This was the group's last semester together and they wanted to spend as much time as possible together. When Kripa saw that Angad was back, her heart skipped a beat.
'Hey, let's go ice skating! We haven't done that in a while,' Kajal suggested one evening. Everyone agreed because it was such a beautiful night and it was snowing lightly.
Tiffany laughed, 'Don't forget to bundle up. Remember last time?' As soon as Tiffany said that, the old group had fits of laughter.
'What happened?' Dev asked curiously.
Kripa laughed and replied, 'We went ice skating and Kajal hates wearing her hat and gloves. By the end of the night, she kept sniffling, her ears were stark red and her hands were blue. It was quite a combination. She was almost in tears but even those were kind of frozen. After that, she never forgot her hat or gloves.'
They all packed in the cars and went to the ice skating rink. The girls sat on one side trying to tie their skates whereas the boys were laughing and doing the same thing on the other side. Kripa looked at Angad who at that moment stared at her and their gazes locked. Kripa had to force herself to stop gazing at him.
They all went on the rink and got separated because they had different skill levels. Justin and Jill were skating like pros and kept skating front ways and back ways. Jill went as far as doing twirls in the rink. Angad was incredibly slow because he hadn't been ice skating too many times. The rest were in the middle range of skills.
All of a sudden, Angad lost control and was about to fall. He grabbed whoever was next to him, Kripa coincidentally, and he tried to steady himself. He couldn't and ended up leaning forward and fell with Kripa under him. After a stunned moment, they both started laughing.
'You are hilarious, Angad!' Kripa shrieked laughing, 'Now get off me, you're crushing me.'
Angad couldn't stop laughing but rolled on his side. They both stayed like that for a little time when the group went to them and laughed with them. Kajal helped Kripa get up and Justin helped Angad up.
With this exertion, they decided to go have some Coco Mera's where they served different flavored yogurt and any toppings imaginable. They had a good time and Angad and Kripa were getting comfortable with each other.
