Her guilt is eating her up inside, and the concern that he's going to harm himself.

yep, it's eating her up inside and today she said exactly what's been bothering her. thanks for commenting (:

Love you post and am glad you made it..
Even the tiny winy doubt I had vanished after reading your post .
Helped reaffirm what I felt all along..She feels she is responsible for his state , hence the guilt, concern, worry...
However, if the "Meri kasam" part was required today? Not sure..Perhaps its her desperate attempt to stop him.

lol...with all due respect to everyone's opinion i think we can interpret this as individually as we like just as we do with movies and books.
I think its a mixture of many things. I def think its guilt based on today's dialogue. However, there's some jealousy hidden because we see her expression every time Armaan and shilpa are close. She gets at least somewhat annoyed. And i mean if she saw love for armaan in shilpa's eyes shouldn't she be happy that he has a chance with another girl.
And yes i also agree that she has some control issues. I personally don't like her interactions with Sid. She's very domineering. And although i absolutely would love for a woman to be in control in a marriage 😆😆😆 being control freak isn't what i would like to see. She thinks that what she says is right. Just cuz she has seniority than Sid. I know she loves Sid but not as much as Sid loves her.
I also know that she probably does not love armaan anymore like she used to but she truely cares for him.
So with a combination guilt, jealousy, control, and caring the final outcome is what we see in Ridhimma's character.

Also post Armaan's comeback we saw a drastic change in Ridhimma's character. I feel like the CV's really had to change Ridhimma's character for AR fans to except SR and move on. I myself was always an AR fan as i've watched this show since it started. However, I felt guilty being an AR fan when she got married. I cried alot in the episodes post revelation of her marital status to Armaan. I mean i really cried. But i accepted that fact.
So now its no longer a love triangle but both parties trying to move on. The reaction of jealousy is understandable on ridhimma's part and armaan's reaction of hurt and sadness is also justifiable. He really really loved her and fate took her away from him. Its not his fault nor it is hers.
But i'm looking forward to ArSh love story. I think it makes it easier for us to accept the fact that the first AR was KaSh and NOT KaJen so technically the first time Armaan fell in love, it was technically with Shilpa and it was shilpa anand (uff the confusion) who made us fall in love with ridhimma's character in the first place.
Please mujhe gaaliya mat dena if i disagreed with any of your opinions
