Krishna chose Prats to stay with him at the hospital. The rejected Takurs pledged to be rid of Prats from Krishna's life. The Saxsena laughed around the dining table- is that the sign of an approaching storm brewing in their lives?
Docwa dabbled in some spiritual talk with a short speech about true love. He praised Prats's proof and victory as a wife who brought her husband from the clutches of Yamaraj by the strength of her love. He informed both families assembled there that Krishna was completely out of danger. Okie Docwa! Thanks a bunch for the good news.He also warned the family not to bring up any tensionya baat with Krishna.SS led the Takurs and Saxenas as they piled back into the room like passengers ready to board a train to Lucknow. Even Prof. was anxious to join the group. Prof. saheb, we expected you to say "ye kounsi tareeka hai", "har baat ka ek tareeka hota hai" I guess he made an exception today for Krishna's sake. Prats hung back but Prof. rushed in like he didn't want to miss the train.
Gantilal, as the elder in the family, did her ritual of warding off the evil eye off Krishna. Thank you Ganti Dadi! 👏You have been there for Krishna when he needed you the most. Krishna's seemed soothed by Gantilal's loving gestures. Was it a reminder of the last time she consoled him before he left home?😕 Both families stood in attendance before him but Krishna's eyes only searched for his mehararoo, Prats who watched from the porthole outside the room. The Queen of gestures, Gantilal successfully transcribed his blinks and beseeched Prats to come into the room. Gantilal gesturally informed Krishna that it's Prats who saved his life. The green eyed monster in Amma would not rest😡, seems to happen quite a lot these days around Prats, doesn't it? She caustically agreed that Prats saved Krishna's life but he needed to know that she was also responsible for his present condition. Ouch! I guess she forgot Docwa's orders😲. Amma, will you ever pass up your chance to take a slingshot at your bahu?😕Gantilal expressed her dissension at Amma's statement. Yet another bitter truth pill for the Saxsenas to swallow! No wonder they frowned more than they did when Krishna was fighting for his life. But aren't they happy that Krishna is getting better? Their constant sour-faces are grating on the nerves.
SS overcome with emotion, recovering from almost losing his ladla son didn't get any solace from the Saxsenas.😲 Arey, Saxsenas as vile as they are, the Takurs also have a beating heart and feelings, so comforting someone at their time of need is not a sin. So what if the Takurs take a potshot at you all, this won't be the first time. Now we know where Prats got her standoffish attitude with Krishna, it's in her DNA. But she's learning a few things from Krishna and that's good. The Saxs family leaves the room without a word.
When the nurse informs the Takurs one family member could stay with Krishna, Amma jumped in at the chance. Prats reminded Amma it was her duty to care for her patidev but SS told her to leave. But Krishna had other plans. He overruled his bauji's call and quietly reached and held Prat's hand.👏 He hand eyes for his wife only.😳 The nurse gave her verdict ' Krishna needed Prats more.👏 That must have hurt the Senior Takurs quite a lot. If you only knew how much, Florence Nightingale! Right on! Aap ki mooh mei shakkar! E leo! Fuming at the slap in the face Baba dealt his parents the Takurs headed home.
SS was now jealous of Krishna's love for Prats as well. He resolved never to lose Krishna at any cost, not even to Prats.Oops! That sounds like a five-alarm fire is impending in the Takur household with Prats's name written on it. Such bitterness from a man who has much to learn about the power of his son's love for his wife! Very sad!
Komal had a sweet conversation with Bhagwanji. She was talking to God like she talked to everyone else.Sometimes she is just like Krishna, isn't she?She said she didn't' know how to do poojas or sing bhajans. Not to worry, Komaliya, now that you are member of the Sax clan, you betcha, they will teach you a bhajan or two in no time. Just make sure you can hold a tune, or you will hear a earful from Dadi. She requested that Krishna get well soon. She admitted her Amma and SS have sinned a lot, so why did Krishna have to pay the price?E Takur SS and his Takurain kab sudharengey? She tells God that Krishna was innocent, pure-hearted and he truly loved Prats. How could God separate people who truly each other? True beta! today you are the proud winner of the sachchayi ki murthi award. Adarsh patiently waited as his beebi finished her prayer and walked into the room like a proud man who had just realized he had a wife, touching her 😲and assuring her 😃Krishna will be well soon. Wah! Adarsh babu, looks like Krishna's return from the other life has rattled you a little that you now notice your wife too. Something good came of this incident! Wah, frown has given way to a smile on his face.😊
At daybreak, Krishna awakened and watched his wife sleeping at his bedside. Prats woke up when she heard the nurse inform Krishna that the doctor was going to check on him shortly. Krishna told Prats she looked tired and he shouldn't have stopped her from returning home last night to get some much-needed rest. Hurt by his remark, she reminded him she was his wife and had to stay with him.I guess Prats is going to remind Krishna about being his patni in the foreseeable future. She hadn't liked him telling her he was her pati one too many times in the recent past. She asked him if he wouldn't he have stayed with her if she were ill? Krishna reminded her there was a very big difference. I guess he was implying he loved her but she didn't. Oops! Baba is not going to make things easy for Prats now, is he? That's what happens. He gave her an inch and she took a mile from him. Not to worry, she is ziddi enough to fight for him now, after all love is budding in her heart for her patidev.
Docwa checked Krishna and informed he was improving a lot, but it would be better if he stayed an extra day but Krishna decided otherwise.
Back at the green house the Saxsena were gathered for nashtha at their dining table. Arushi was back to being the motor mouth teasing Adarsh he should be grateful was feeding him food and not gallies. Arushi has no respect for her bhabhi or jiju. What's her excuse? At least Komal is unpud, just gives a cruder form of your gallies, bus, itni hi farak hai. Do we see a rainbow? Surprise, surprise, Dadi complemented Komal, yes KOMAL, for taking good care of her patidev. Will amazements never cease to exist in this family? Adarsh was embarrassed but wanted to see how solid Arushi's love would be once she got married. Prof. seemed to revel in Arushi's silly talk, no wonder she constantly keeps at it. Grrrr! Arushi also gives her two cents worth of knowledge about love. The more the couple fight the deeper the love she professes. Gee Whiz! Is that a hint that she is going to be locking horns with some dude soon? Immature and in love and we are stuck with watching that? Seeing the Saxsenas at the dining table one would think they were rejoicing after seeing their damadh get a second lease in life. Is that a sign of impending doom lurking around the corner for the Saxsenas? If their history is anything to go by, the moment they laugh in unison it triggers an eruption of volcanic proportions in their lives.
Prats was annoyed that Krishna didn't heed the docwa's suggestion and decide to stay an extra day at the hospital. Could it be she wants to spend some alone time bec' of her budding feelings for her patidev?😳 Prats stepped in when Krishna failed to feed himself successfully. She told him he was being stubborn. Of course he is, if only she knew the lengths he went ziddi to marry her! He also told her he was more ziddi than her at the hollimoon, I guess she forgot.😕 She told him to be confident in that she could never see him suffer or make life difficult for him. Beebi fed her miya some warm tomato soup (YUM!) and the couple shared a few intimate glimpses looking into each other's eyes only to be interrupted by Katra Naresh who rushed into the room with the docwa in tow. I guess KN didn't trust the docwa's orders, he had to get confirmation from Krishna. Once KN left the room, Krishna and his meharoo picked up where they had left off and shared some more intimate glances.
Back at the Niwas, like Komal, Amma had a conversation with the Goddess recalling her promised offering once Krishna got well. Just then Krishna and Prats walk in with Katra Naresh. SS wanted to know why Krishna was home from the hospital? KN explained he was following docwa's orders. E ka baat hai? Is SS not happy to see his babua back home? Krishna already looked miffed at the notanki that was taking root. Amma proudly does the aarati to welcome Krishna home as Ganti Dadi chimes in with her bell. Baba didn't care for his Amma's smiles. SS welcomed Krishna with a warm hug but soon replaced it with some bitter words about Prats. He informed Krishna that he was well bec' of his mother's prayers and if it had been up to Prats she would have sent Krishna packing to another world. Krishna eyes hardened at SS's words. He after all knew the truth. Was he remembering his Amma's taunts that day when he was at his lowest point in life? He had left home after receiving from solace from his Ganti Dadi? I get the feeling Krishna will be watching his enemies closely from now on? Hmmm, that calls for a warning to the Takurs. Kabardhar! 😡 Don't mess with your young sher, for you never know what he is going to do, now that he has been born again.😉
Preview: Arushi has no luck catching a rickshaw ride home when a white care pulls up to her. Is it Lawyerwa, Docwa or a new Launda? Your guess is as good as mine, so take your pick.😛
P.S: Today, Krishna proved yet again he was a man of his word and took his saat-pheres seriously. HUM HUMESHA TUMRA SAAT DENGE. Even in the hospital bed when SS asked Prats to leave, Krishna reached for Prats's hand and saat diya. Wah beta! You rock!
SS and Amma showed their bitter side after Krishna chose his wife over his parents yet again. Krishna seems not too trusting of anyone right now. I like this new and improved Krishna who is holding his cards close. He will soon learn a lot about the sinister plans being cooked up by his family for Prats. Will the possessive Takurs slip up forcing Krishna to split from his family and leave with his wife. The games are about to begin again. So stay tuned!Achcha, chalbo aur kuch tho liko, ka kehte ho?
