I thought both Mr. and Mrs. SS budahoos had lost it when they decided to get control of Krishna like he was a corporation or a building owned by the Takurs. 😆😆😆😆 How little they know their son? Even in his lowest moment he was angry at his wife but a part of him always continued to love her. They still don't get that even the Goddess Almighty they pray to was standing by Krishna's side every step of the way.

Komal today prayed and asked God not to have Krishna pay the price for her parents' sins. Hope she blows the whistle and sings like a lark about her parents sinister plans to Krishna. He can and will walk away from SS with Prats. Like he told his Amma (on Feb 18 episode) he can give up everything but he can never give up Prats ever. Hope Amma remembers those words at some point if she doesn't want to lose her son forever. He is their son not a piece of property to have him switch off his feelings like a robot. They still don't get that their son has feelings that they may not understand like Krishna doesn't understand why his father trashes his mother and she lets him do that. A lot of learning to do.

He is angry and hurt and yet his love is still shining like a beacon for all to see. When she called him in the dark he ignored her, yet the moment she cried out and fell, he run like a madman despite being exhausted to the point of no return, then he sucked the poison out without a second thought. He then gave in to her plea to return, coming back from death he still made sure everyone knew who he wanted just by a touch!!..............How much more proof do they need?.😡....these are just the recent examples, the list is as long as the horizon is and they have repeatedly seen or heard his proclamations.

I agree Dreams, It is mind boggling to see how the directors and creatives could paint the character sketch of a father and mother like this. Both have crossed the line so many times in hurting their DILs, and in turn their own sons well being.

Their behavior, scheming and hatred for Pratigya is questionable. They fear that she is distancing krishna from them and how wrong they are in thinking like that. For once especially now, I sincerely hope that they will leave the duo alone.

SS is shown to be a very shrewd, powerful and at times his dialogues proves that he is also a very intelligent old geek, then why he fails to acknowledge the one and only decision his son took to marry a girl that he liked and loved, the most important decision that will effect his life. What ever SS's motives were for agreeing for this marriage, no parents sacrifices their children to gain victory in elections and then claim that the love them more then any thing else..

Samu, I wasn't one bit surprised to see the way SS and Amma behaved y'day. Loving someone means letting them be, putting the other person's happiness before their own. You'd be surprised how many parents do this to their children. The more they are attached to the child the more they reject or antagonize that child's spouse. They feel threatened by the spousal relationship and experience separation anxiety. They mistakenly conclude that their son can have a close relationship with one or the other. They want grandchildren but they don't want the husband to be too happy with wifey. It's nuts but very few people have a great relationship with their bahus and want to see their children happy. Some pretend indifference when there isn't much they can do to step in between their son and bahu. They don't realize that the nature of the relationship is different. Amma can never take Prats's place and neither can Prats take Amma's place.

A wise old relative once said a woman is judged as being a good woman only when she treats her bahu better than she does her own beti. Amma forgets she has a beti who she would like to see be happy too. Komal gave it to her straight during the barbacue fiasco. Some saasuma take it out on their bahus if their betis have miserable marriages. It's a network, one slips and drags the others down more often esp. in large families.

Often times the tone is set by the saasuma who intervenes in her son's life constantly not willing to relinquish some of her duties. In this case look at Amma, the only time she sweet talks her son is when she is trying to poison his mind telling him to be rid of Prats. This after he told her bluntly on Feb 18 episode "I can give up everything but I cannot give up Pratigya". Amma has never had that kind of love from SS and she is jealous her son loves a girl who gives him attitude.
