Hey all. =]

I am Kanky and I loved DMG, once. Of course, I still watch it but only for the sake of my fave TV actors. Just for the heck of it. 😳

Well, don't you think it is very much pointless to be stretching the story? I mean, I love love love KaSh and I so like KaJen too but the problem here is that, bringing Shilpa in the show never made sense. She suffers the most.

Also, I don't understand what pleasure does the creative team get in spoiling it's ever so rocking story!

Armaan and Riddhima are still in love and that's very obvious. Then how do the SR and AS eye locks and romance come into play? How can Riddhima even think that she's in love with Siddhant when she repeatedly interferes in Armaan's life and despises Shilpa?

Poorest of all, are Siddhant and Shilpa, especially Shilpa. I personally feel Shilpa's comeback is a big mistake. The story could have shaped up well without her.

What do you guys have to say about this? Does the show and the characters make sense to you'll anymore?

Hey Kanky, welcome to the world of IF DMG...😆as messed up as DMG is, so is the fan groups here...and you shall soon know...😉
but getting back to your post hun....well, you cud look at shilpa's entry as a disater or a boon..specially for AR union...with only SR, it was Armaan burning and burning and now its gonna balance out wen Ridzy burns the same...even i do feel bad for Shilpa but i think Shilpa Anand herself loves AR love story..she has said taht herself...and personally tehre is no reason for her not to love AR>.after all, she has played the character herself and bought it to a certain hieght where DMG became teh fav show for many youths...so she must have come back to get this messed up story straight..and i have a strong feeling that she is back to play cupid...or else tehre wudnt have been the aashiq angle in shilpa's life...they have shown taht on purpose, so that she realizes the intensity of AR love..
as of ARsh love, its important for Ridhima to feel that Armaan is going away from her forever..she needs to get that thought kick into her that she cannot assume and take armaan and his love for granted...
this is a view of an AR fan..you shall come across different opinions on this forum..and then you will finally be sure wat you feel about this show called "Dil Mil Gaye"😃

Well, that depends on whether you are ready for some negative criticism. Cause my viewpoints are a hell lot different from yours. Just saying.

First of all, Armaan and Riddhima are not in love anymore. Its guilt. Riddhima feels guilt of having to do this with Armaan. She feels guilty of his pain, his misery, his depression, his loneliness. She holds herself responsible as the reason he started streetfighting again. Riddhima feels guilt of being the reason Armaan is destroying his own life. Slowly and steadily, he is building his own slow suicide.

How can anyone live with the fact that someone is destroying their own life, intentionally or unintentionally, because of them? How can she carry on with her married life, live blissfully and peacefully with her husband when her past is dying a million deaths every minute ?

People say it shouldn't affect her 'cause she has moved on. Really ? Just because you have moved on, you should not feel the guilt, not feel for the person who is dying somewhere and that's because of you.

She knows she can't change whatever happened in the past. She is worried for Armaan. Hell yes, she is way too much concerned.

She wants to move on with Sid but she can not. Her past is not letting go of her. She had let go ages go, but the past is still holding her back, despite her protests. She can't take a step forward. She feels the hold of Armaan. Armaan is still holding on to her and she can't live peacefully with Sid with that hold over her.

She wants Armaan to break the hold. But she does not want him to suffer.

So, Shilpa was needed. Shilpa is the only person who can make Armaan lose out his grip on Riddhima. So that Riddhima can be free from the shackles that were binding her. The past that was hovering above her future set to destroy her blissful life. Shilpa was needed as a life saviour. To live and let live, Riddhima and Armaan.

Well, I do know this is one highly messy place with a variety of fan groups and I do fit almost all EXCEPT for Team SidMa! 😆
I don't think Riddhima's jealous. She's plain interfering and more than being concerned, she's been insensitive towards the poor lad, Armaan's feeling. So, I agree.. she has taken him for granted.
I would have never wanted the original Riddhima to be a sufferer and um, what to say as you put it! I would have liked it better without Dr. Shilpa.

For me, Ridz's is OBVIOUSLY in love with Sid, whereas she feels motherly love towards Armaan :( She tends to care for Armaan ONLY when he is physically hurt.. I donno why? Not even motherly, i donno what kind of -ly love is that [:S] Becoz otherwise she is pretty romancing with Sid and doing stuffs like that !

Shilpa's comeback gonna make the ever most drastic change to the storyline.. The loveboy gonna move on ;) Me likey ;) Loved KaSh and now SR <3
