Sometimes I marvel at what the POPs are trying to express through this show. It has made me wonder if they show the bias and limitations that educated people impose upon themselves about matters that should have no boundaries.

I love the contrast of the unpud Takurs who socialize and celebrate life in ways they know. The Saxsenas on the other hands have books for friends. We never see them socialize whether they go out to friends homes or have friends over. Like it or not the world knows there children are married to unpuds. Hiding them or avoiding people bec' of it shows the narrow-mindedness of the Saxsenas who learned to judge a book by it's cover as they have done with Komal and particularly Krishna.

I sometimes ask the question.............are the POPs making a statement that education alone is not all that. Unpud as they may be Krishna lives from his heart and follows his gut instincts much the way a lot of unpuds do, without undue influence of books and other schools of thought to confuse and mess up their choices. Both have sometihing to teach the other, if only they took the time to show each other what they have been missing and make life happy and lively.😃

I actually appreciated the episode for what it was trying to convey. Not a lot of dialogue except from the Takurs whose gave powerful performances. You could even see Katra Naresh being shaken up by the news his little brother was in critical condition, Kesar was emotional and Amma and SS expressed their love for their Baba in their own brilliant ways.

The episode may have been off for some bec' we are not used to seeing Krishna give a silent performance with just his expressions and no dialogues at all. This is probably the first such episode we have seen from him. Hopefully we will see him laugh out loud soon like he did on his first appearance on the show. Can't wait to see SS-Baba reunion when he is out of danger. It's bound to be lallantop. How will Komal handle this shock? She loves her Baba too. I am looking forward to the rest of this week's episodes which will shed light on where the track is heading.

Mera....I always have this question in mind. Two family, the Singh and the Saxenas, but I can only see and feel the Singh family full of love for each other. I can't say the same for the saxenas....why

This track reminds me of Baba's premonition during the pooja at the green house. He said he could give his life up for the Saxsena family and they will not show any gratitude (summarized). Today he sapped the venom off their beti's leg and put his life on the line for her. How will the Saxsena deal with this news? Will they even show him a modicum of respect ever after what has just happened? It might be too much to expect them to show any gratitude or respect for Krishna unless he graduates high school at least. Padi-liki is the passport needed in this family.

I think krishna was once again correct in saying that even if he gives up his life for them they wouldn't be grateful. I'm pretty sure that once the news reaches them and after knowing how it happened, they would be more worried about prats and how her sasural wale will treat her than krishna condition. I seriously doubt they will ever respect him the way they respected aman and nitin. Like you said they can't simply bear the fact that their son in law is an unpad coming from such a vile (in their eyes) family.

The way I see it the Takurs live life from their hearts really, they speak their minds, express their feelings openly, there is very little posturing between them. They are not restricted by society's norms and rules as much as doing what they perceive as the right thing to do. They follow their own GPS in some ways. Krishna is the best of the lot, he has a lot of SS in him but he doesn't carry the meanness and thirst for power like SS does. He likes to keep life simple and lives from his heart. That is the quality I most admire in Krishna or for that matter in any character on this show.

Saxsenas on the other side conform to life as dictated in books written by others who simply expressed their points of view or their life's experiences. While it is good to read and understand another's pov one must use one's own thinking to figure out what works for his or her life and not let society's rules and norms limit their choices. There are some ingrained fundamental rules that keep us away from being a member of a barbaric society. But beyond that allowing society's expectations dictate our choices or what is the right thing to do for each of us will always come with a price tag. The Saxsenas let their minds lead them (I guess they haven't heard of the saying about mind being a monkey as it changes on a whim and shift in perception) and overrule their hearts desire. Classic examples are the way Adarsh expects Komal to speak in a tameez way before he will give her the time of day. He refuses to see the goodness, innocence and truthfulness in her as something to be appreciated. They look at faults of the person more readily than they appreciate another's good qualities. Look how they have judged Krishna purely based on his being an unpud and labeled him a gawar, jungalee until recently.Prats has restricted choices on how she would handle her marriage as well. Now when it becomes a matter of life and death, all the norms, rules and society's demands fly out the window. Why does it take such extreme situations and choices to wake people up to their own lives?

Some of us will keep asking this question about Pratigya till the cows come home everyday. How does a woman get through life making the choices she has, it truly baffles me. I am the greatest romantic at heart that I know of,😳 and I pity people who don't understand the power of love. Love can be expressed in subtle, intimate, friendly and so many other different ways. A smile can do wonders to convey more to one's partner than mere words. She has been rather stingy in her smiles for Krishna. What was his crime? That he loved her like crazy and she was uncomfortable with it?

Got to watch on TV here today the one where he tells her to give him a sign that she is ready to move forward in her marriage. His arguments are so logical yet simply stated and Prats was stumped with no response to give. Even that didn't wake her up to her life. The thing that is frustrating to watch about her is she always lets things get out of hand before she does something about it. Why doesn't she see a problem when it can be nipped in the bud?😕

I think I have the answer to that. Firstly, her parents put it into her head that she must keep the secret or Krishna will dump her or worse. Then she finally figures it out that she could open her mouth but it's too late.
She was in the kitchen cooking, and Krishna observes that educated people always are thinking something or other, but they never act. And he is right. Prats racks her brains all the time, and then her actions are fuddled because of her lack of timing, she doesn't strike when the iron is hot.
She blows off Krishna when he is in a good mood, so of course he is not going to be receptive to her in a bad one. I mean, she could have gone through with suhaag raat, or she could have let her brother worry about Father dear. She tries to have it both ways.

Part of the problem is the Saxsena parivaar has boxed themselves and other people in society. They refuse to get out of theirs and want the others to stay put in theirs. I think a lot of Prats's problem with Krishna has always been his free spirit and ready to do what he feels like doing in the moment. Just as life should be. She on the other hand plans and finds reasons to avoid doing something or hell bent on getting involved in matters that don't really have to do with her.

I have often heard it been said that those who go around fixing other's problems usually are avoiding dealing with their own. Look at Prats standing up for rights of her Papa, saving Kesar's baby, being righteous about bauji's stand on winning an election by hook or crook or even telling Adarsh how to remember his wife has armaans in life too. But when it comes to her own marriage she has learned or applied any of it. Nada, zilcho, zero and siphor really.

Who told their daughter to married Krishna, she could have taken her revenge from him without married to him, fight for her rights. Adarsh, from where did he get the idea to married komal, well if they hurt my sister, i will hurt their daughter. These duo doesn't sound too educated to me. Krishna and Komal, has shown that they have a brain and a heart, that worked.

Tuesday was full of trauma, drama and some hungama. Prats followed a befuddled Krishna as Nagaraj (King Cobra) gave her a kiss with a hiss 😆😆😆😆😆on her leg. Krishna sapped the venom out of Prats and ended up in the hospital in critical condition which rattled the Takur parivaar.

If only Prats realized that it was listening to her baat since their wedding that had brought him to this plight. Had she listened to him just once, they would have seen happier days together. Lesson to be learned.....it's all about choices. Krishna looked like a lost soul wandering aimlessly with no recognition registering in his eyes at Prats's call.

There were moments when it seemed like Krishna had an emotional response to Prats's words when he clenched his jaw and gave a few hard glances Prats's way.

Krishna looked like a man with an identity crisis. 😕He was dazed and didnt' seem to register his buddies or his wife. He did however seem vexed at times in the way he clenched his jaw and gave a few hard glances to his buddies and Prats. Was that a reaction to his lack of memory as to his identity? Or was he just plain vexed at being bothered by strangers. Krishna seemed to be in an amnesic state even before the poison had entered his body. Has he become a victim of post-traumatic stress unable to handle the shock his wife gave him in the courtroom?

In recent weeks, we 've seen Krishna tell Prats on several occasions that he felt trapped between his family's drama and her notankis. Guess Prats was too caught up in saving her Papa she failed to take care of her patidev in the process. Something had to give! Will Prats help Krishna relive his recent past by replaying several incidents since their marriage only this time her response to Krishna would be the opposite, just the way he had hoped for her to respond to his love since their marriage? Is that where the next track is heading?

Will Prats gradually help erase Krishna's amnesiac state and work towards building a happy marrige? Will she put her marriage front and center for now? Will the Takurs take their revenge on Prats now when Krishna may not remember a whole lot of things? Or is it quite possible that even when Krishna's memory returns rapidly he may just play the game to get to the truth of the chakkar that has been going on in his home in his attempts to have a happy marriage and save his parivaar as well.

Ka kehti ho? Bolbo!😃
