That was further answered in the way he emotionally connected with his Ganti dadi when he silently shed tears with his head on her lap. He is craving emotional gratification, seems he never got that as a child from his mother, we all know what Amma is like, a rakshasi saasuma played brilliantly by Ashmita. Baba wants that emotional connection so much hence he feels the need to protect her, defend her or else he wouldn't have cared for her feelings and forced his rights as her husband by now. For a proud Takur why else would he take so much crap from her and ridicule from his family for no reason? Somewhere deep down inside he feels she is the one who will fill that void in him.

Hopefully the question will be answered soon.

the only thing that i see is that PRATIGYA is n has always been KRISHNA's weakness while KRISHNA has n always been PRATIGYA's biggest strength n support. there relation cant become strong if pratz remains his weakness n nt strength. 4 that pratz really has to do loads of work.

@ Mera

He saw a girl of his dream, he definitely got floored by her beauty, there could be an impression of affection by her act of getting the puppy out of the road and passionately cajoling it. Because he went and touched the puppy and said something like you are lucky to have gotten touched by her.

But to me she appeared attractive and beautiful and that was the main reason. Remeber he said that "Allahabad mien esi cheez hamein nazra kasi nahie aaeei" somthing like that. And subsequently the way he used to stare at her confirmed that her beauty is the main reason for him to have a crush on her. What solidified this crush into an obsessive love was this misunderstanding that she has also fallen in love with him without openly admitting this to him.

Then this new found love became madness when Krishna came to know that she is being forced to get engaged with someone else in his views, He in his mind helped, Pratz in getting rid of his finance and this actually instilled more hate in Prats mind. This was a major turning point when he became extremely possessive.

Until the court room and the bed room revelations regarding Angad and her explanations as to why she married him , he was damn sure that she loved him and still loves him a lot but never expressed it to him, this perception which turn out to be false gave him the biggest shock of his life along with the question that whether Angad mistreated her or not . He thought that she was lying that she did'nt loved him and told her so, He felt betrayed that she hid kidnapping as he was always willing to help her and protect her since he first met her and fell for her. And may be feeling guilty as well as to how he wasn't able to protect her.
