OK, Apologies for the delay, but here it is finally!

Part 1
RP tells Madam that this is how a bride is welcomed, while others are lost in admiration. Jyoti & Kabir proceed to leave their hand prints on the walls, while RP demonstrates this to madam (Is madam so alien to these practices? Almost looks like she's from another country 😕) Jyoti tries touching RP's feet, but he stops him and tells her that she's Lakshmi, and like a beti, rather than a bahu (who he tries to eliminate whenever he's not being observed) Chachi looks pissed @ this comment, but others look in admiration. Sumer then comes w/ a coin bag, from which Jyoti is free to draw as much as she wants (this is like in Pankaj's wedding) Like in Pankaj's wedding, Jyoti draws only one coin, and gives it to Vikrant.

Jyoti next greets chachi, and RP remarks to madam that when a bahu touches her saas' feet, the saas is expected to give her some ornate jewelry she's wearing. Chachi looks @ him pissed 😆 and takes off her gorgeous bangles and puts them on Jyoti 😆

Vikrant then takes Jyoti on a guided tour to introduce her to the staff - Ramesh, Madhav kaka, Shambhu Kaka & Raghav Kaka. Raghav Kaka offers Jyoti a bouquet of flowers, and she bends to touch his feet, but he stops her and tells her that he's her servant. Jyoti tells him that her father taught her that b/w people, there is only mutual respect, and nobody is nobody's servant. He gave her flowers, and deserves to be honored.

Madam goes up to Jyoti and tells her that she is impressed by Jyoti's upbringing. She turns to Kabir and tells him that he must have got his inspiration for service from Jyoti. He tells her that he's got his inspiration of living from her. Madam tells Kabir that people like him are needed, and that he's very lucky to have gotten someone like Jyoti. She tells Jyoti that she's heard a lot about her from RP, about the struggles she went through (RP told her that? 😕) She then feeds Jyoti & Kabir w/ mithais

Hearing these remarks, chachi is pissed, and thinks that the Mayor wanted to bring Jyoti in all along so that he could impress madam. She then heads to her room and takes out the envelope w/ the incriminating photos and resolves to give it to madam.

Part 2
Madam praises Kabir for marrying a divorcee, and says that he's honored all women and given people hope that there is life after a marriage breaks. Kabir tells her that it's not exactly the case, since when a woman's faith is shattered, gaining it back is very difficult. Plus he thinks Jyoti has honored him w/ her love.

Chachi comes down w/ the photos but is intercepted by RP. She accuses him of betrayal, and he asks her to recognize the timing of this whole thing, and that he was forced. She accuses him of using Jyoti's name to enhance his own image to madam, and after praising her, brought her into the haveli as his bahu. RP tells him that a lot of things have to happen in politics, all of which are not true. Chachi tells him that what will happen now will be true. RP threatens to shoot himself if she does, and then there will be nothing left for her to claim to. He assures her that her desires will be fulfilled, but he needs time.

Back @ Jaipur, Dadi, Padma, Reshmi and even Poonam (!) are making paper bags. Dadi asks Padma why she's silent, and she's thinking about Jyoti (this character transformation I just can't digest) Deepu comes in and praises the progress, and says it'll be famous throughout the state. He even has a name for it - Jyoti Paper Bag Company, and Poonam is mildly disappointed by that (Poonam, you really want that named after you?)

Poonam asks Reshmi if she's lost in the thought of her love, and asks her when she's coming to pick her? Reshmi responds Very Soon - he's said that he'd phone & let her know. Poonam suggests she call him quick, b4 he disappears again 😆 but Dadi tells her that they've accepted her as a daughter, and she can stay as long as she wants (Poor Poonam, just as she's rid of Sushma & Jyoti, here's another 'nanand' in for her, and that too pregnant like the earlier 2 😆) Padma tells Reshmi that she'll get as grand a send-off as Jyoti (and Poonam is crestfallen - one more major expense for Deepu. Poonam, wait 2 years until you're ready for your own baby, the kaarz won't be done b4 then, not even w/ the paper factory) Reshmi is sad and leaves the room, and Padma thinks she's shy.

Meanwhile, @ the haveli, Vikrant announces the ring in the milk game, where dulhan & dulha will have 3 takes @ fishing out the ring. Asha bhabi drops the ring in (but surprisingly, doesn't move it around - anyone can see where it was dropped) Bhavri declares that she's on the side of her devar-ji, and Vikrant says that she wants the nek, but he wants to be loved by Jyoti. Sumer looks bored, while Raghu looks intrigued. Asha drops the ring in and encourages Kabir to fish it out, or be the ghulam of his wife (I wonder what happened if and when Asha & Sumer played that game?) Kabir gets it the first time, and Jyoti the next 2 times. Vikrant is excited, and Asha tells him that sometimes, it's fun losing to ones wife.

Sumer then gets up and says that there is other work as well, and Asha agrees and follows him (uh-oh, hope not another torture session) Harmukhi too calls RP aside as he wants to talk, but he refuses, and wants to plan instead. He also instructs her to be close to the bahu and be very affectionate towards her, and she looks @ him w/ scorn. 😆

Part 3
Kabir too wants to retire, but Bhavri is excited since the night is still young 😆 Jyoti too wants to play some more, but Bhavri offers to give her a tour. Kabir declines and tells her that he'll do it tomorrow. Bhavri challenges Kabir that she too has rights over her devrani 😆 Raghu intervenes and praises Bhavri's appearance, and she's thrilled (since she probably doesn't get praised) He praises her dance moves, and Bhavri, while sitting, shows off some of it, and Jyoti is impressed. Raghu asks her if she's going to fulfill all her dreams here, or come to the room? Bhavri tells him to go, and she'll get him the milk. Vikrant then tells Kabir that they should give bhabi some space of her own. He escorts Kabir out, while chachi comes and takes Jyoti.

Later, Chachi is sitting w/ her Manthara like maid, who tells her that Kabir has become so popular that there is no way Vikrant can take his place. Chachi is furious on hearing this. She goes to RP's room and turns off his phonograph(?) (that's what it looked like) RP is sitting w/ a toy tiger, and chachi taunts him that he can't kill a real tiger. RP tells her that since that's banned, he has to make do w/ a fake tiger, and remind himself of old days. Chachi taunts him that he's incapable of killing a rat. She knocks off the tiger, and reminds him of his promise that Jyoti won't enter the haveli, yet she's celebrating her suhaag rat. She asks him if he's waiting to play w/ his grandkids (good idea, mayor saab; but chachi, if you accept Reshmi, you'll get your grand-kid even earlier)

RP tells her to understand the situation - Madam had come, and she was really impressed by both Kabir & Jyoti. So what was he to do? He tells her that if anything happened to Jyoti, she'll be the object of suspicion, since he's the dad and wouldn't want his bahu to die. Chachi tells him that he'll go to jail b4 she does. RP says he'll sink as a result of all her threats, and tells her that patience is a must in politics. Also, in politics, people don't destroy other by ending their lives, but by ending their sanity. If one is injured, one can get up, but if one's soul is seared, it's hard to recover. He encourages her to discover Jyoti's weak point, so that they can strike @ it, and once it's struck, Kabir himself may kick her out. (Jyoti's weak point is trying to cover for her enemies - I dearly hope she's lost that by now. If she hasn't, she deserves what Harmukhi has in store for her) Chachi looks satisfied.

I'll start w/ Reshmi here - she ought to take Poonam into confidence, and tell her what's really going on. After all, Poonam will support Reshmi's resolve not to disrupt Jyoti's marriage (not that it's likely to happen) and she will also not keep Reshmi a prisoner in their house indefinitely, since she too wants Reshmi out of there. So Reshmi should take Poonam's help in planning her next move, the way it stands. But what I suspect she'll do is run away, claiming that she's been picked up. Let's see how that goes.

I found it funny that now, in addition to Dadi, Padma & Reshmi, Poonam too is into the paper bags 🤣 This is too funny - from rich home & spoilt brat to someone making paper bags for the bazar, so that she doesn't have to depend on her maayka? Couldn't Poonam have gotten a job w/ her dad, just like Deepu did, instead of spending her precious hours earning Rs in the hundreds?

Back to Jyoti, I'm just now confused as to whose side RP is on - and hence my poll question above. He seems to ward off Harmukhi's concerns w/ assurances, and has talked her out of killing Jyoti and instead probe her weak points. But just looking @ it from RP's pov, Jyoti is no threat to him, whereas Harmukhi is - she is constantly blackmailing him. If anything, he should be asking Sumer to off her. By buying time, he's maybe looking for a pretext to off Harmukhi, and maybe pin it on someone, even Jyoti. Of course, if it comes out that Vikrant knocked up Reshmi and it threatens to make the papers, Harmukhi will get a major setback as she'll have to welcome Reshmi as well, not just Jyoti.

Speaking of which, I chuckled when I saw RP prompt Harmukhi-ji to give Jyoti the bracelets she was wearing - that was too priceless. 😆 Incidentally, how does a widow in such a conservative family wear such jewelry? This was the same w/ Bhairavi - she used to be very fully decked, sans sindur and mangal sutra, but was otherwise pretty well decked.

On the plot to get rid of Jyoti, Jyoti's only weakness is to cover up negative things done to her from others, and this is one thing likely to piss Kabir off. I hope Jyoti loses this habit, instead of getting hurt by it and having to find a 3rd guy.

I think RP is a sort of person who if do not NEED anyone will pay no heed to him/her. He is pretending to be on jyoti's side bcoz he knows that will improve his image in Madam's eyes but actually he is hand in glove with Chachi in getting rid of Our Harmless Jyoti.

I have missed the second & third part of the show but after reading the updates i predict now both of them are on to find out Jyoti's weakness & sure they will find one & use it against her. If RP wishes to do something due to which Kabir will kick jyoti out of house, i think the plot will move that way till at last moment Kabir realizes the truth & stops jyoti before she leaves.

It means even after marrying a guy who loves her sooooooooooo much Jyoti will have to face torture again.

But b4 the story moves to that track i wish Jyoti & Kabir shares the most beautiful moments of their lives.

thanx vrisha..i think RP is on nobody's side..he is just concerned abt his political career and so is licking madam's feet..and as far as jyoti's weak point is concerned,i tihnk they wil discover abt roshni..and tht is how pankaj mite make an entry again..bt kabir is not going to kick jyoti out coz of tht,on the contrary he will fight for roshni himself so this will backfire on RP and chachi..and jyoti's other (irritating) weak point,tht is very easy to find out..not to mention her mahaanness syndrome which chachi will soon discover as reshmi will make a grand and knocked up entry into her beloved son's life again..lol.. there are so many facets to jyoti tht these poor unsuspecting people have yet to discover..😆

jokes apart,i hope jyoti sudhroes a little and this time round makes her husband a priority in life as compared to the entire universe like last time..begani shadi mein abdullah diwana banne ka usey kuch zyada hi shauk hai..hopefully she wnt repeat tht again..
