Im not sure but dere is a limit where u can carry a dead fetus in u... after dat da poison invade ur body as da fetus is dead... Ma frnd had it twice once a proper one wid bleeding and da other had to be removed by an operation... she ws in a very critical situation

and it happened in da 1st trimester she also didnt tke much care ws running arnd doing household stuff....

Woteva da situation is I juz hope maan supports her cuz unlike oder serials maan got many hints abt geet being married
like da woman coming up sayin she is married
and brij trying to kill her
geet mentioning dat sumone left her after 3 days
geet mentioning abt her property fraud

so if Maan as smart as he is puts da puzzle together he may indeed find dev guilty who so conveniently got rid od all his debts
