Geet is in her first trimester of Pregnancy....She can do anything normal Pregnant ladies in this time period do and that does not include Jumping,running and being irresponsible to the Life growing inside you...which makes one ask the question"Is she really Pregnant?"
Its in the first Trimester that Baby inside you takes form...and shapes itself....and this is the reason why even if we are in the 21st century pregnant ladies are always cautioned to be careful in the first trimester of Pregnancy....Its the Most Crucial Period and if not taken care of properly leads to Miscarriages....and 90% of all miscarriages takes place in the first trimester....
Regarding Symptoms.....
Morning Sickness is not common symptom it may occur or may not.....but nausea and fatigue is inevitable....and this is because of the hormonal changes that is going in your body...basically an increase in the HCG Level....there hasn't been one time except for the time she was in Hoshiyaarpur when they have shown her nauseating....which again puts you on doubt....
Many things shown in the show regarding Pregnancy is wrong unless there is a Valid reason and explanation for all...

Another Possibility may be she already have had a Abortion/miscarriage....If you read the below Notes you view may be much more clear as to why i mentioned Geet May already have had a Abortion/Miscarriage

In this condition symptoms 0f abortion occur but subside later without any products of conception being expelled. The ovum dies but is retained in the uterus....
Usually when there is an abortion/miscarriage it is associated with bleeding...the only case where bleeding may not be so strongly associated with is Missed Abortion....
