Chapter One
Nupur:
It began the day I joined this Godforsaken college. Nay, the aura's chirpy and happy. The people are friendly and the teachers are good too, for a change. BUT I still don't like it here.
Eesh! This is the limit! Since when did I start noticing guys? WHEN? I sat at the last bench of the lecture room musing about what happened that morning! Did my step sister, Ayesha aka the hateful hag make out with that GUY! That ugh . . . how on earth can he be my best friend or rather, only friend's twin brother?!
I hung my bag at my shoulders and grabbed my cell phone, getting out of the Godforsaken house! (Yeah, Godforsaken is like my favorite word, these days!) I opened the fridge in the kitchen and took out a bottle of Gatorade. I sat on the slab of the kitchen when the hateful hag's mother my step mother that is, climbed down the staircase and entered the kitchen! She shot a disgusting look at me like I had asked her to sell her kidneys! That was our way of wishing each other "good" morning!
Anyways, here's what I was DISTUSGED about! I forgot my car keys in my room so I made haste and went to my room, as I was getting late for college. (Yes, till then I liked college!) The hateful hag's room, adjacent to me was locked however I could hear something from inside. Probably a girl moaning! My sister, of course! Who else would "use" her room for such a thing! Eww! I hate her! Alright, so I decided to peep in from the back door of her room, I couldn't resist! She REALLY is a hag, not that I hate her! Eesh!
I sneaked in and at the sight, my mouth hung wide open! What freaking hell was going on? Mayank and Ayesha! Eehhh Eeehhh Eeeehhh! I thought he was just like his twin, Gunjan who's my best friend! A nerd all the way and that's EXACTLY what he seemed to be, before the whole making out thing I witnessed.
I'll tell ya what… men aren't dogs, they are ghosts! Once, a man steps into your life, he practically keeps haunting you for the rest of your life. He hadn't entered my life or something but had entered my college (I'll come to that later!) however, he has been haunting me all this while. Mayank the green eyed ghost!!
Mayank:
OMFG! I was so embarrassed! So frigging' embarrassed! Is that why you were kissing that bitch? Alright, meet the real Mayank! This Mayank basically cuts out the one who's talking to you, means I. Duh! Alright, I seriously don't know why I was kissing her but seeing my twin sister's best friend there was seriously something EMBARRASSING!
And Ayesha, the bitch as I put it had called me over for some work; her mother had called me actually. Those two women, I don't understand what they are up to all the time! I thought of greeting her and went to her room and that shameless bitch, eessh! And HELLO, I am nineteen year old guy . . . you can excuse me on that note if I'm hopelessly seduced! She started it, I swear! And now the loser will go on behaving like a five year old blaming the other for his mistake!
MISTAKE? Oh sure, a mistake! Actually, seriously man! I feel ashamed BUT she started it and I would stick to this forever and ever, till the time I am nagged by this issue!!
Coming back to the point, that girl, Nupur… yeah that's her name! Beautiful name! Yeah, I agree with the real me on this. She has got a beautiful name and so is she, B E A U T I F U L! I can't live in denial. She's been around me since six months and I have liked her, kinda. This never happened to me before, provided I never had time for anything but my books! She's cute. Is that why you kissed her bitchy step sister? CUT THE CRAP! I am sorry for what I did but I you know what, I feel apologetic for myself and not for that bitch, I lost control I admit but she, I am sure she's used to this! I agree! For a change! Thank you for the small mercies.
And now I gotta face her at college, gosh! This can't be happening! I never felt so less confident and sure about myself before! NEVER!

I told you I'll tell ya the college thing later. So, here it is! Basically, after like a day post my-sister's-so-shameless scene, at college right NEXT to me in class, sat Gunjan's brother, MAYANK! The nerd turned serial kisser (Yeah, that's funny! I know.)
I shot him quite a sympathetic look; I can understand what being under one roof with a girl like Ayesha is! (Though, I couldn't understand the pain of being kissed by her! LOL)
"Why are you looking at me like this?" he asked.
"Well, ummm… I saw the whole thing yesterday! I am sure she started it! I know her! And I know how men are!" I answered and winked at him. (I know what I did was crazy but I couldn't help it.)
"I feel bad." He sighed.
"I dint know you were like this!" I said irrespective of his continuous deep sighs. (Stupid me!)
"I am not like this! I just, lost control." He protested.
I couldn't reply as the lecturer had entered and had kick started the lecture of my favorite subject, Physics! (I love it, really!)
