Falling In Love Again
"Guys we are here to enjoy'not to stare at couples dancing" Armaan said taking a sip from his strong drink, which he didn't like at all but was still drinking it.
"Armaan, why are you drinking the drink that you don't like?" Anjali asked worriedly.
"Because it makes me feel better'" He replied closing his eyes tightly coz his throat was burning.
"You broke your own rule Armaan; remember you had said that you will never drink?" Muskaan reminded him.
"When did I say that? I don't remember?" Armaan looked at her in confusion.
"At Anjie's birthday party'remember you, Atul, and" she stopped.
"Rahul'right?" he looked at her and saw the pain on her face "Yeah I remember now'we had made this rule not to drink, but I don't have a choice'I'm sure you understand my pain Muski" Armaan squeezed her hand. Both of them were going through the same phase not exactly the same but very similar.
"We all do Armaan, but that doesn't mean that you will drink like this? It's not good for your health" Atul said keeping his hand on Armaan's shoulder.
"Guys let's have fun'am going on the dance floor" Armaan got up and went on the dance floor.
"We should not have agreed with him to come here'" Anjali sighed.
"Agar hum nahi aate phir bhi Armaan yahan aata" Atul said.
Muskaan, Atul, and Anjali just sat there waiting for Armaan. But Armaan was dancing on the dance floor. He wasn't drunk, but he was dizzy. While dancing, he tripped and held a girls arm for support.
"Excuse me? Are you ok?" the girl spoke and held him to support him.
"I'I'm ok" Armaan was trying to stand straight.
"You don't look ok'come have a seat" she took him to the closest table"Stay here'I'll get you some water" she went and came back with water.
Armaan drank the water and felt a little better.
"Thanks" he smiled at the girl.
"You're welcome'don't drink next time if you can't handle it" she chuckled and so did Armaan.
"Are you here alone?" she asked.
"No, I came here with some friends'" he replied looking around "There they are" he pointed at their table and got up. He was still dizzy so he sat back down.
"I'll take you there'" she escorted him to his friends.
"Armaan are you ok?" Atul said getting up.
"He is too dizzy" the girl informed.
"Thank you for bringing him here" Muskaan smiled.
"No problem'" She smiled "Am Shilpa" she introduced herself.
"Hi Shilpa'am Anjali'that's Atul'Muskaan, and Armaan" Anjali grinned.
"Nice meeting you all'" Shilpa said "Ok my friends are waiting, hope to see you all again'and please take care of Armaan" Shilpa sounded concerned.
"Yeah, don't worry'See you" the gang bid bye to Shilpa.
