AWW can someone help me out

Well even though this maybe random, but because of studies and other problems I have missed so much of Dil Mill Gaye from 2009 and I had decided to watch from season 2. As I watched I realized alot of the characters left 😲 (Heart-Break). So can anyone help me and just tell me what happened to.

1) Dr. Muskaan and Dr. Rahul
2) Dr. Kirti and Dr. Shubanker
3) Dr. Anjali and Dr. Atul
4) Dr. Padma

and can you also happened wat happened about there relationship (1 liner like did they get married in leave or somethin)? Thanks really appreciate it

well....rahul came back after he left due to his father's illness.....
rahul was impotent so he decided to leave muskaan coz he knew muskaan luved children... so deir luv story ended wen rahul left sanjeevani after he told gud bye to muskaan...

Then...Kirti and Shubhankar gt married....and apart from shubhankar's daughter wid his first wife.. they both have another child.. i dont noe if the child was born coz even i missed sum parts... bt she was shown pregnant......

Anjali had left for higher studies...... Dr.Atul was there in Sanjivani untill Armaan's entry... i dont noe exactly wat happened after dat....both atul and anjali were shown to b there 2 -3 days b4 SR's marriage

Padma also seems to have vanished suddenly.. i dotn noe wat happened to her...

Seriously I hope they get a re-entry since Atul wasn't even given a proper goodbye and Dr. Kirti also disappeared too.
