I just randomly realized that today's Harry Potter's birthday. Happy Birthday, Harry! And its really J.K. Rowling's birthday, so happy birthday to her as well. This is one series that I will never forget. All the way from elementary school to college, the HP series has been with me throughout. ;-)

Harry potter was amazing during the first 3 books. once it started getting longer, the content kind of deteriorated. Order of the phoenix was the worst. The half blood prince was amaaazing and it was shorter than order. The last book was enjoyable. My friend hated the epilogue though 😆

happy birthday jk rownling. you're an idiot for telling a small boy that dumbledore is gay. 😆

Are you kidding?!? HP is one series that has never disappointed ... (almost) each book has been better than the last and made the series so much more intense and interesting! You're so crazy. Order of the Phoenix was my FAVORITE book of the series (along with the third and seventh book) and the sixth book, Half Blood Prince, was my LEAST favorite. Nothing major happened in that book except for Harry finding out about the horcruxes.

The epilogue in the seventh book was beyond cheesy. Albus Severus Potter. Now that made me gag. I remember I stayed up all night reading the book and the sun was about to come out when I read the epilogue. I could not believe that I had just read that. 😆

Edit- The forum is boring today, especially since I have time to waste! :(

@red- Yeah, maybe. Oh well, guess I'll log off now and be bored away from the forum. Maybe I can convince myself to hit the gym while I'm at it!

To me GoF was the best book. Although OotP comes a close second with Luna Lovegood. Totally with you on HBP. Even Deathly Hallows kind of left me ambivalent. The pace was uneven and it did not match the flow of the other books. Other than that Harry Potter has been awesome fun.

I was seventh in my county to buy Deathly Hallows. 😆 I camped twice. First for the ribbon that made me seventh and second for the actual book release. Which - I could have got there at quarter too and still been seventh....but I camped anyways. Ah all our Potter camps were such fun.

But the epilogue ruined the whole series. I have a half mind of ripping those pages out and burning them. 😡 What was she thinking when she wrote that epilogue.

And is OBJ planning to stay up till sunrise?

I know what "right up my street" means. You think I'm ghetto, remember? I am confused as to why that chapter would be "right up my street".

And me going to the gym is funny to you?
