he brings her closer.............n she looks downward in shyness, her face turning red.........mesmerised wid his touch; a long moment passes when they look into each others' eyes...............then geet, coming back to her senses, moves backward n says " aap tyaar ho jayo nhi to office ke liye der ho jayegi!" On this Maan chuckles n says " jab meri secretary ghar par hai to main office mein kaam kaise karoonga! ".........

Geet felt a rush of blood to her cheeks... but she simply lowers her gaze and says, " Wo.. wo.. dadimaa ne bulaya tha.. " saying this, she gets up to go and takes 2 steps, but Maan was already out of the bed... and stood infront of her.. she halted by this sudden action. Maan, taking a step towards her, " Meri baat khatam nahi hui.." He had a naughty smile on his face.. Geet, tried to diverse his focus.. " Dekhiye Maan.. aaj aap ki important meeting hai.. hai naa.. aur.. m.. mujhe laga tha ki aap apna kaam kabhi affect nahi hone dete.. hai naa.. to jaldi se taiyyar ho jaiye.. M.. m.. main naashta lagati hun.. theek hai.." Saying this she tries to go... but..

He extends out his arm blocking her way, muttering "Yeh pyar ka nasha hai, jo utarta nahi balkay aur gehra hota jata hai aur tum mujhe janay kay liye keh rahi ho". Maan could see the tiny smile emerging on the corners of Geet's mouth, she raised her eyes and gazed into the deep, intense eyes of Maan Singh Khurana and instantly lowered her gaze. She was married to him, yet the level of shyness, and boldness she felt with Maan was a feeling she had never experience before. She gave Maan a slight shove saying "Ab jaiye bhi na... please". "Laikin", exclaimed Maan. Geet playfully put a finger on his lips and said, "Shush, jaiye, aur ab apnay pyar kay nashay ko kijiye to be continued".

Saying this she starts to go.... but Maan holds her hand and pulls her closer...

Maan : Aaj tak Maan Singh Khurana ko kisi ne yeh nahi batay ki use kya karna hai aur kya nahi..

Geet (smiled a bit) : Sivayyy.... unki patni... Geet Maan Khurana ke..

Maan, on listening, Geet's new changed name.. smiled.. Geet's smile also widened.. and when she realized that Maan's grip was loosened.. she released her hand and runs laughing... and shouting..: Ab jaaiye aur taiyar hokar neeche aa jaaiye... main naashta lagati hun...

Maan simply smiles and shakes his head...

Geet in the kitchen, preparing food....

Geet , to herself, : Jaldi kar... agar zara bhi der hui to pahad toot padega.. har din inka gussa badhta hi rehta hai.. (then stops and thinks) .. par mere liye bohut badle hain ye... na jaane baki duniya ke liye kab badlenge.. aaj baat karun kya..

She was thinking when she heard her name from Maan, being shouted.. She runs..

Geet (in room) : Kya hua..??

Maan (angrily) : Tumse kitni baar kaha hai mere saaman ko haath mat lagaya karo... Kitni baar.. hunnhhh.. par tumhe kuch samajh aaye to naa.. hamesha apni manmaani.. meri baat to sunni hi nahi hai... na jane mere socks, mera rumaal, mera wallet.. kuch bhi to nahi mil raha ... aur agar kuch kahunga to..

Geet keeps his hand on his mouth.. by this sudden action... he stopped speaking... and luked at her loosing his anger...

She held his hand and tuk him near the cupboard.. opened it and then opened a drawer, whr all his things were kept well-arranged.. She showed him the things and then quietly moved away from there and went and stood near the bed..

Maan (closes his eyes and regretted) , he goes and stands infront of her, was about to say something.. when Geet speaks up : Sorry mat kahiyega Maan.. aadat ho gayi hai mujhe..

Saying this she starts going but Maan holds her wrist.. she stops and turns.. says : Kya hua? Kuch aur chahiye?... saying this she lowered her gaze...

Maan, goes near her.. he keeps reducing the distance between them.. she slowly luked at him... he bents and kisses her cheek.. saying, : I am really sorry..

Geet smiles a little, still blushing, : Hmm..

Maan : Kaise itne achche se jaan leti ho tum mujhe?.. Kyun itne achche se samjhati ho mujhe...

Geet : Aap nahi jaante kyun?

they have an eyelock.. Geet then snaps out and thinks of something..

Geet , holding his hands in hers... : Maan aap bhi to mujhe achchi tarah samjhate hain.. aap jaante hain, mujhe kya chahiye...

Maan (who was still in his Love-land with her), realizes what she said and takes his hand away... : Geet tum jaanti ho aisa kabhi nahi ho sakta...

Geet : Kyun nahi ho sakta Maan?... Aakhir wo aapki dadi hain.. Maan... meri taraf dekhiye .. (he turns and she again goes and stands infront of him) aap hamesha meri baat taal dete hain.. aaj aapko sunna hoga.. Maan, plzz.. plzz.. apne ghar waapas chaliye naa... Aap kyun is outhouse ko chod ke nahi jaana chahte..

Maan (luks angrily at her) : Kya tum nahi janti kyun?

Geet (sees the immense love for her behind the anger) : Maan...

Maan : Geet... mujhe is baare mein koi behes nahi chahiye.. hum us ghar mein kabhi nahi jaayenge.... Dadi ko jo karna tha.. unhone kiya... wo unka faisla tha.. yeh mera...

Geet : Maan.. aap jaante hain... dadimaa mujhse bohut pyaar karti hain.. par wo apne poton se bhi utna hi pyaar karti hain.. Wo bhii Dev se utni hi naaraz hain.. wo aaj bhi unse baat nahi karti.. par aapne unke saamne jo shart rakkhi.. ki unhe Dev aur Naintara ko ghar se nikaalna hoga.. maan... wo aisa kaise kar sakti hain.. wo apni zindagi apne sabhi bchchon ke saath jeena chahti hain.. Aur aap.. aap na khud wahan jaate hain... aur upar se mujhe bhi apni kasam mein baandh rakkha hai.. Maan...

Maan (turns towards her and shouts) : Haan nahi jaane dunga.. Kyunki uske saamne jaakar tumhare chehre pe jo tadap aur takleef hoti hai... (he closes his eyes to brush off the thought) nahi bardaasht kar sakta main..

Geet slowly goes near him and keeps her arms around him as to pacify him... he too hugs her back... both have their eyes closed and tears coming out from Geet's eyes...

Maan is having a flashback..of that mystery girl who had enchanted him ever since he had first met her, with that mesmerizing blue eyes and long dark hair, whose innocent face and dimpled smile had made him in fall in love...and that's what was troubling him the most. He had made the excuse of Dev and Naintara as the reason for not going to back to house, but he could never tell Geet that he was bound to the outhouse by the memories of that charming girl...he loved Geet with all his heart, but despite knowing her so well, he was scared of what she would say when the entire truth came out...
