Kools, I am not a lawyer but #1 and #2, Saxsena's are victim and easily arguable that they did it under the threat...In both the cases, unless the victim brings the charge, nothing can be done...
That's how many abusers and gundas get away even after raping and murdering...because they threaten other family members and witnesses. So Police won't act on their own. In US, police can take charge and investigate if they suspect any crime but in India, police won't act unless there is a complaint...

But #3, legally Adasrsh will be booked for hiding the truth and attempting to murder. Even Angad is alive, Adarsh is a criminal because he was the one who assaulted Angad and tried to KILL him...In any angle, any court system, Adarsh could be subjected for Attempting to Murder...

So they can be held responsible for NOt notifying about kidnapping and letting a kidnapper roam free to kidnap more gals .Hah ! I hope that Gunda type judge blasts the Sax trio .......Prats Adarsh and Prof . Ohhhhh I wud love that scene .

the whole saxena family including pratigya has been acting really dumb frm the moment this angad track started ! they reached heights that day when prof. signed the papers (i dun know what it's called) and let aman fight the case..pratigya or adarsh (i dun know who) asked "now my father will be released na?" 🤣 it's so convinient na..first prof. saxena surrendered and later when he changed his statement, he should be released ! is prof. saxena THAT dumb ? the secret which he and his family r trying to hide will come out in open through this court case and his surrender ! or prof. thought he'll tell the judge tht he murdered angad and he won't be asked any questions and sentenced to death ? the lawyer will not ask him "WHY did u kill angad ??"

Another thing I noticed was that Aman was not carrying any briefcase with him to court, just a empty folder. Even bad lawyers carry blank sheets to show that they have studied the case 😛.

Did Aman not expect any opposition to his argument and why didn't he counter argue the Prosecution? It felt that he got caught out and had no answer to his counterpart.

Yesterday, it seems Aman is just Hot Air and no Substance.😆
