My email's being flooded about topics being posted

In the preferences section, I set the "Notify me of replies to posts,Sends an email when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you make a post :" to No. But I continously recieve emails about posts or someone replying of a topic/message has been posted. Like everyday,I am flooded with loads of emails about a message being posted. I tried a lot of times to set the mode to No but still I am flooded with E-mails about the message being posted. Is there something wrong?

Meena , just before posting do check if you have unchecked the Email Notify me of Replies option , which will be available whenever you are about to post a reply ! 😳

I also have the same problem. Even though the "email notify me of replies" is unchecked and in preferences section its No. But still i get emails everyday. What can i do? Plz help me!

I get emails if one of my topics in "My Watch Topics" has gotten a reply...is the topic you are getting replies from one of your watched topics?

You can go to My Dashboard in the right hand corner and click on "My Watch Topics"

Thx i did all u said ^__^.....all the topics are now deleted. But i hope i wont get any emails now, or the topics wont be in "My WatchTopics" again??
