i don't beileve tht Sapna was trained even though she did mention tht she was trained for like less than a month......So look at it this way tht even Sanjeeda is not a trained dancer buh over the years she got greattttttt.........(i'm not really sure if Sanju is trained) ORRR.......
If you have dancing in ur blood or very very passionate about dance then one CAN dance very well and looked trained cuz they were given lotsss of time to rehearse
I have a friend who was not a trained dancer but used to win all the competitions. She used to watch the movies twice or thrice to the maximum. she even did Sagara Sangamam dance and the dance on the plate. The goodness of that is her father was not even aware of her talent till such time our teacher called him and asked him to get her a good teacher.
