Hello fellow Maaneetians! 🤗

You all know very well how crazy Maaneet makes us. We see them and link them to our lives in every little thing.

Similarly, everytime I listen to a song, all I can visualize is Maaneet in it and see how perfect the song is for them.

Therefore, I decided to why not share all these songs with you guys.

I know it's a lame idea; but still. 😳

The first song that I want to share with you all is Bardaasht from the movie Hamraaz.

Maan not being able to bear staying away from Geet no matter how much he tries. No matter how many attempts he makes, he still ends up coming back to her.

Since it is Maan's first time having this feeling (Or so that's what we've been shown), he thinks that it is one of the most wonderful things that can happen to him. But since it is his first time, he is unable to understand as to what it is exactly. What is it that he is feeling towards Geet. What name should he give this feeling? Why is it that Geet is the only one that is on his mind? Why is he hurt when she's in pain? Why is that he has to be there to wipe away her tears?

In the initial days of her marriage, Geet was the most happiest person alive. She had felt so lucky to have recieved such a loving husband and family and she was looking forward to going to Canada with them. But when they had abandoned her at the airport, she was heartbroken. Furthermore, she was devastated when her family had told her to forget everything and behave as if nothing had happened. Despite all the pain and turmoil that she had gone through, she got one thing that she would cherish the most in her life; her baby.

Maan's real happiness lies with Geet. She shows him a different aspect of life and how to live it. A way completely different than the one that Maan is used to.

Maan is starting to find it difficult to live in a second without Geet. It's as if she has to be mentioned in everything that he does.

Despite his efforts in trying to control himself, Maan finds himself getting closer and closer to Geet. He sometimes ends up doing things, that he never would have even thought of. He wants to see her talking on and on, he wants to see her laughing face in front of him all the time, but still he pushes her away from himself. Slowly he realizes that, without Geet, there is an emptiness. Despite being away from him physically, she is there mentally, reminding him of how much he desires her.

Geet now sees a different side of Maan, and she is unable to understand why is it that he's starting to act different around her. One time he returns her a hug with so much passion, and the next time they meet, he orders her to practically get out of his life. Upon inquiring as to why she should leave, he almost ends up kissing her and he tells her not to mix personal and professional lives together?

Knowing that Geet is in the greenroom, Maan made sure as not to waste a second in reaching her. He dashes right into the room, while she was getting ready.

In the greenroom, Maan would either clutch Geet in his arms or he would pin her against the table, but he made sure that she was in his sight at all times. All those numerous eye locks that conveyed his feelings towards an already confused and terrified Geet, gave no help in trying to be in control of his emotions.

No matter how much he tries, but Maan ends up being with the one that he keeps trying to run away from; Geet.
