Surely it is. If somebody used fraud, deceit or dubious method to snatch method to get the property it is a criminal offense. But if somebody has given his/her property voluntarily (it is earned by him/her in his/her lifetime) it is perfectly legal even if some people are aggrieved or feel otherwise.

there r different sections of crime and different types of punishments for them.

tappu has crossed all levels and she deserves a punishment most severe. plotting murder, snatching love, always wishing evil for others r all worst types of crimes.

ji what is jail and saza for? to rehabilitate the mujrim...to deter them from committing the crime again! this way in both vansh and tapu's case jail can never rehabilitate them! because vansh's problem is the side effects of his 13 year drug addiction and tapu's problem is her 10 year hatred for ichha...who she feels has ruined her life! both poisoned minds...they need PROPER rehabilitation not jail!

i feel tappu needs psychiatric treatment. she has to be in rehab in an asylum. she cannot live happy in a love relation.

Don't worry. IN jail even hardcore criminals have been sudhorified. Ye Tapps kis khet ki muli hey. Once she gets the jail food she will repent in seven days for all her deeds. And believe me once serving the full jail sentence she will never think of repeating her misdeed again. You can see the fear of jail yesterday when she just saw Sid. Police ki danda bahut bade bade saitanoko thanda kar diya. Yeh to dayan hei.
