Loved the episode. They are taking the story forward at a nice pace.

You know what I wanted to mention about the episode ( as other stuff has been mentioned) is that Geet unintentionally only bursts out in front of Maan. Her sadness and concern are not because she lost her job (she is upset about this but not her main reason). It's because of her pregnancy and she just bursts out in front of Maan. She has done this in Hoshiarpur also when her main dilemma is something else and Maan does something further to put his finger on that and gets to bear the ire. Maan exactly does the same thing with Geet, his main concern or turmoil is not her mistakes or sillyness but that he loves her and keeps geeting aag bhagola on her.

So again after the jalebi explanation

Here are two people, who share their innermost "feelings" for lack of a better word (not the cause for those feelings) with each other and find outlet for their pain . This is how god chooses his jodis, their core connects...not interests and ambitions and other stuff.
