Yes he was kinda harsh. Naku seemed to have got a panic attack after the gang war. So she ran and hugged him...and that was his way of calming her. Ofcourse we would have wanted him to hug her back and tell her its alrite. Instead he simply shakes her and points out this is nothing...there is more to come.
