Is it just me or

Did anyone else think today episode singing wise was below average. I thought the extra stuff like anu malik versus salim was hilarious and the cricket guys! but coming to the actual singing I thought all the contestants today were just okay. Its top 6 I expect better level of singing! No one did a great job today. All of them for their own standards sang okay.

end of the day its a singing show and they ALL need to be concerned about that and not some drama that sony is trying so hard to create. Bhoomi and Tia already hate each other and from today it was clear that shreeram and rakesh do too. What happening to idol?

One line answer my dear friend TRP. Now it is going to be a fight for TRPs

kaushikbasu I know you;re so right, but how much can they cover for TRPs, this kinda of singing should be acceptable. But its not the contestants fault, i think even they are getting confused with all the trp drama sony throwing at them . they are almost as bad as star plus

But I agree with the topic starter..I wasn't too impressed with today's singing either..I expect better from the top 6

Though swaroop actually startled me when he started his song off..I've NEVER heard of his voice go soft like that..it was a pleasant surprise! 😊

I mention this somewhere else (another post) that I was really disappointed with todays performances I mean with an exception of maybe sreeram he sang decent but the rest I was VERY disappointed i mean these guys have proved they can sing better than this million times before so why so bad today

It was a mediocre episode.

The highlight was Abhishek dancing. It reminded me of Mumbaiyya Ganapati visarjan.

well in the extra rakesh apparently( i never watched that episode) bad comments about him and today when the judges were commenting on rakesh sreeram looked annoyed. but i totally agree with you I was shocked hearing swaroop,i think with some training he can me bollywood just as strong as his folk, he just doesnt know how to control his voice yet.

Trust me, its not just you. The episode was mediocre aside from Sreeram and Rakesh's performance. And that too if you put aside Rakesh's lack of versatility. These are NOT Top 6 performances at all!!
