To all those who liked Vaishnavi's performance...I respect your choice. I agree, she is a fabulous dancer....but I disagree that this dance was helpful to prove that "Vaishnavi can do all styles"....The broadway/ jazz portion was very weak in it...she did it in a style she is very good at...Bollywood. And she was really good in it...so it overshadowed the other....but I think that declaring "Vaishnavi can do everything" needs more support than what we have seen so far. She has proven to me she can do classical, she can do Bollywood, folk excellently but still has to prove to me she can do Jazz well, she can do ballroom well, and she can do contemporary well😊. Her performances in these styles has been less than par so far...may be with more coaching she will get there...but she is not there yet.😊
Having said that...I do think that Vaishnavi has already shown what a strong contender she is for the top spot....so no doubt about that. After all these are still kids and there is a lot more to learn...

This episode was quite disappointing in terms of performances. At this stage of the competition, the performances should all be top tier. It seemed like all the performances deteriorated for all contestants. Only worthy performances were from Atul, Vaishnavi and Jeetu, IMO.

Atul (9.5) --> Beautiful performance! His lines were clean and he is just so graceful! Jai definitely brought out the contemporary from Atul. Really enjoyed this performance!

Vaishnavi (9.25) --> I really enjoyed her performance. This was Bollywood Jazz so it had a flavor twist of both and Vaishnavi is just such a beautiful dancer. I have yet to see an average performance from her.

Jeetu (9.25) --> I thought he was awesome. This boy is surprising me week after week with his performances. He went from one of the weaker contestants to one of my strongest for me.

Ruturaj (8.5) -->
It wasn't a bad performance at all but it wasn't as good as Ruturaj can do. Rutu is a very good dancer and I know he can do better. However, I thought his execution was good, just a little sloppy in the stunts portions, otherwise it was very dramatic in a great way. I do feel that Dharmesh is not using Rutu to his fullest capabilities and he needs to do that in the coming weeks because the other contestants are getting stronger and stronger.

Vatsal (7.5) -->
This boy is such a great dancer but this was a pretty weak act. Amrita is such a good dancer and she is capable of much more than this. It could've been better if Vatsal executed perfectly, but he didn't so it brought down the performance. Some portions were nice, but the knee spins were disappointing.

Papiya (7.0) --> Yikes, not what I expected from her. I felt her execution was sloppy and i completely agree with Geeta and Farahma about how she seemed heavy footed. There were no breaks in her movements which is why it seemed like there was no flow. I loved the cartwheel into split though, but i prefer her other hiphop performance much over this one. Also, agreed with Farah about too much expressions. Yes, you need expressions in bollywood/hiphop performances, but they need to be in control.

Avneet (6.75) --> She is just so cute! Anyway, this was a boring performance for me. The moves were simple, the execution was sloppy but of course her expressions were beautiful as usual. I thought her elimination was appropriate, although I will miss seeing her cute face. =/

Manoj (5.0) -->
Sighh I feel so bad for Manoj. What was Mayu/Vrush thinking?!??? This was a horrible performance and it was just so boring and made no sense to me. Even if Manoj performed it to perfection, it would do no justice. You can tell the poor boy wasn't even enjoying it himself. Very weak and disappointing act from Mayu/Vrush.

Overall.. it was a disappointing episode. I think
the best performance of the day was the one with Geeta and the kids on Aaja Nachle. 👏 That was the huge saving grace =) along with Atul, Vaishnavi and Jeetu and of course it was awesome to see Vrushali dancing because she is just so graceful!

I respect your opinion, but wanted to share mine. This was a Broadway act, with Bollywood spice obviously. No doubt, it wasn't 100% Jazz, but nor was it declared to be. There were many portions in the act that had Broadway, hence why Sandeep didn't point it out to Dharmesh, otherwise I think we all know how Sandeep points out stuff like that lol

I do believe that she can do almost everything and has been proving that, hence why the masters declare that she can do everything, and even Sandeep and Geeta today along with Farah. Of course everyone has their own opinions, but Vaishnavi has done various styles of hiphop, as well as some latin forms, jazz/broadway, contemporary and she has been very good in all of them, especially that contemporary act, so I don't think she is only good in indian dance forms. Just wanted to share my thoughts on her. 😃

It's strong to use? 😲 Um, it's just a word I used to write out my expression. It was used because I was surprised of this performance coming from her. I would say "yikes" for Vaishnavi forgetting her steps too because that was my expression when I saw it. There is nothing rude about "yikes" nor am i implying it towards anyone.. it is purely my expression.
